Enjoy this private Luxurious 4 BR 3 BA Executive Villa located minutes away from Disney, in the exclusive gated Emerald Island Resort. This peaceful paradise (a short walk to the Emerald Island’s clubhouse) has a beautiful west facing secluded heated pool and spa, overlooking a private forested and water view area, also enjoying the Disney fireworks in the distance.

Our Villa with private pool and spa, has been newly and completely renovated, furnished and decorated (with all the amenities) boasting 2 master bedrooms with king beds, 40” LCD TVs, ensuites in each, two additional bedrooms with 2 twin XL beds in each (LCD TVs in each), and all with plenty of closet/storage space. This villa (Cape San Blas) is uniquely designed to offer two separate living areas, both well furnished, and with large LCD screens (46” and 40”), providing for spacious gatherings for all. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, and has a breakfast bar and separate dinette for family dining. More formal gatherings, can be accommodated in the separate dining room adjoining the kitchen. For the late night or rainy day activities, a newly furnished games room with a billiards table, air hockey table, and games, providing entertainment for all.

We offer FREE WiFi and FREE local/long distance calling within the U.S. and Canada.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub were great (heated)! The owner was great in responding to our questions in a timely manor. We would recommend staying in this home and hope ro stay again in the future!!

Definitely a paradise in Florida!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The location was close to theme parks and the new sunset boulevard for relaxed evening strolls. The property and grounds were well cared for. This house was better than the pictures!

Great location for Disney parks. The house was clean and well kept. Owner was responsive to questions. The pool was great! We liked that the decor was not over the top Disney. House was well stocked for cooking and any family needs. Bring paper goods

Beautiful villa in a great location

Villa looks even better in person. Location is fantastic for Disney and amenities. We loved the pool and sitting in the hot tub watching the fireworks at night from the Magic Kingdom. John and Pauline were excellent hosts. We are already planning a return visit. Thanks again John. Easily 5 star.

Best villa we've stayed in

This has definitely been our favourite villa to stay in. Location is perfect, so easy to get to Disney and lots of restaurants and supermarkets within a 5-10 minute drive. Communication with John prior to staying was great. The villa was so nice, made good use of the pool and the resort was really peaceful. Definitely recommend this villa!

Great House!

We stayed here for a family vacation and the house was perfect for our needs. Very nice heated pool/hot tub and game room. Two living rooms and two master bedrooms. Very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend.

Really nice villa

We spent our 30th Wedding Anniversary there 9-17-23 thru 9-23-23. The house was clean. Communication with owner was great, he answered questions right away. Located near Disney and Universal. The alarm system wasn't working but the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Really enjoyed our time there.

Have stayed here several times now and wouldn't go elsewhere - it's 15 minutes or less to Disney and 35-40 to Universal, near Walmart for shopping and many dining options, quiet neighborhood, and the garden tub in the master bath, pool, and spillover spa are all highlights of the property. Nothing better than coming back from the parks and going for a swim or soaking in the spa at night. Half the price of a deluxe Disney hotel and very convenient.

Family stay for Disney

We had a great stay at this house on our vacation all the way from Sweden. It was as beautiful at the pictures online show. The host John was amazing to be in contact with. We were there when the Hurricane Milton hit and we were worried about us and the house and he was there for evey question we had. We ended up evacuating a few days early and missed the house the rest of our vacation for sure. We would absolutely come back and stay here again. /Elin

Fantastic House - Very Close to Disney

Two families (8 people) stayed in the house for 5 nights. The primary purpose was for sleeping quarters as we visited Disney however while we were in the house we felt at home. House was spacious and clean. John was fantastic in answering questions and provided a wonderful shortcut to Disney. House located in a very secure community however the area seemed very safe. Check-in/out was seamless. Highly recommend this property!

Relaxing in Emerald Island

We had a great time in the pool. Usually have my family from Europe here in August and never had pool heat before. It's worth it! The house was spotless. The rooms are nicely furnished. I usually go by reviews and there are definitely plenty of white towels in the bathrooms but there were only 3 pool towels, which was not a problem, we just bought some more. The Emerald Island Resort is beautiful, extremely well kept and it even has a nice fitness room.

Immaculate

The home was SO clean. I've rented homes before and we have always had to clean something. But not this home. The only thing I didn't like (but I knew when I booked but forget) was that you have to supply the toliet paper, paper towels, trash bags, Seasoning, etc so be prepared. I guess I'm used to prior guest leaving things like that behind but not in this case. The good thing there is a Walmart, Target, and Dollar Tree less than 10 minutes away. All Disney parks are close which I loved. John responses back VERY quickly whenever a question is asked. 10/10 I definitely recommend.

July Visit

House is great with lovely decor and plenty of room for our extended family of 7. Beds are all very comfy, and the pool is great. The property location is perfect for those visiting Disney with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Challenged by ants in a number of rooms and then lack of follow up from property management and owner to rectify the problem. Property description should indicate need for renters/guests to supply their own dish cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper (1 per bathroom is supplied), etc. Check out instructions indicate a need to wash the bath towels; however, no laundry soap is provided. A surcharge ($175) for heating the pool was included despite the Florida temperatures being in the mid 90s.

Little bit of Paradise

Amazing house in Emerald Island. House was very spacious with 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. Communication with the owner (John) was awesome. There were a few issues with some lights but after an email to John in the evening, maintenance was out the next day and fixed the issues. The pool and spa were awesome and heated and we enjoyed them both. I guess the only complaint I would have is there were no “extra” toiletries provided. Not sure if I have ever stayed at a place that didn’t provide additional TP or paper towels or trash bags. You can’t go to the store and buy small quantities of these items. That said, it certainly isn’t enough to give this rental less than 5 stars. Great house in a great neighborhood! Thanks John

Needs new management

We have stayed in many homes over the past 10 years and were disappointed in this one. 3 washcloths for a family of 4 in the entire home. When I went to do laundry I discovered the dryer a mess. Gum, chocolate, who knows what stuck to the inside. Called management and they said they would be out. Never showed up so I emailed pictures to the owner. They finally came and cleaned. First house we’ve ever stayed in that you has to use a key. With today’s technology a key pad would be much easier. Also the first house we’ve ever stayed in that didn’t have anything except for toilet paper. The last straw was when we went to leave the last day. We always check each room, even if not used, to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind. We noticed an odor coming from the one bedroom we didn’t use. We found a dirty diaper in the garbage. We dumped it when we took out our trash. If the cleaning crew truly cleaned they would have noticed the trash and gross dryer.

We are an average Canadian family, looking to enjoy the wonderful offerings from Disney and surrounding area throughout the year, and so we consider this our vacation home and not just a vacation rental. We understand the importance of a great vacation spent with family, and all the memories that go around with that, and that is why we have put our heart into providing the best into this home.

We fell in love with Emerald Island and the 'resort' feel to the property - it really made us feel like we were getting away and not just another hotel room. From the grand palm tree lined entrance, the club house and it's amenities, and the beautifully tree lined streets, made this gated community stand out from the rest.

Our little bit of paradise offers a private pool area (west facing), with lots of warm Florida sunshine. The villa is uniquely designed to have two family areas, with lots of breathing space, making everyone feel comfortable with room to spare. We have remodeled and tastefully decorated the entire property transforming the house into a home to be shared with friends and family!
