Less than 10 minutes to Disney World!: The Windsor Palms resort is one of the closest resorts to Disney. It is also close to a seemingly unlimited assortment of entertainment options. Golf, restaurants, shopping are close by. Universal Studios and SeaWorld are about a 15-20 minute drive. At Sun Palm Disney Villa, you will feel like you are in the middle of it all, yet when you return to the villa after a long day of fun and sun, you can enjoy your own relaxing pool and spa. A beautiful sunset. A glass of wine on the deck. Sometimes, you will even see hot air balloons flying overhead! The private conservation view is fairly rare in the Disney area. You will not be bothered by any rear neighbors or be staring at a wall while you are enjoying the pool and spa. If you feel like venturing out, Florida's world-class beaches are also a short drive away (about 1 hour). Theme parks, water parks, golf courses, restaurants and MORE! Come relax and have some fun in the sun at Sun Palm Disney Villa!

Windsor Palms Resort: Consistently one of the top-ranked resort communities near Disney on popular travel sites, Windsor Palms is a 24-hour guard gated community that includes a distinctive 7,500 sq. ft. clubhouse that features a huge and luxurious community pool with sun deck and hot tub. Also included are a variety of recreation options and exciting activities for all ages including a children’s playground, state-of-the-art fitness center, sand volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, video arcade, Nintendo Wii suite, ping pong, and billiard tables. Guests can also rent bikes from the bike shop, Tandem bikes, located in the clubhouse for a nominal fee. The clubhouse has a 58 seat movie theater, where movies are shown free of charge to guests, business center and Wi-Fi hot spot. There is also a sundry shop for last minute supplies.

Pool cold

We rented the house with the intention that our main activity would be swimming. The main pool was 75 degrees the first day. We communicated with the contact and were told the temp was turned up. The pool always felt cold.

A wonderful, relaxing stay

We enjoyed most everything about this villa, especially the pool/hottub with the beautiful view out back. The owner was very responsive to some issues that arose. We expect to be back here again!

Henry was great

Henry was great, addressing any issues or concerns. He has answered any questions asked. Thank you Henry the host for always be there for me from the get go. There were a few issues like the water smelled very bad, there was a crack in the ceiling in the big master bedroom. The shower controls were working correctly. The shower would get scalding hot at times, and the curtain out to the pool kept falling, and a picture hanging in 2nd master bedroom was hanging on only with duct tape, Henry got right on it, called maintenance, maintenance found another light fixture in big master bedroom wasn't working, Henry asked me I told him what I know but wasn't sure but the lights would flicker, but that I am blind in one eyes so I wasn't for sure if it was actually happening. Henry said not to worry he was on it, and I'm sure his maintenance guy will fix it. Maintenance was literally out and hr after I told Henry. Good place to stay, great host. Would recommend to folks for sure

Perfect Family House

This was a great place to stay there were 4 adults and 4 kids between the ages of 1 and 11. There was planty of space and the piol and hottub were great.

The location is superb easy to get to parks and grocery et.al. The beds were comfortable for me. The place was very clean. Sofa in living area comfortable. Pool was managed well. The gated entry with guards was secure. Really hated the alarm on the pool door but I think it is a law and if you have small children definitely would be a plus. The frig water was not working or ice maker so you need to buy ice at the store and since we don’t drink water from plastic bottles due to microplastics we bought a Pur filter to use. Landlord was very responsive.

Nice place for a family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was perfect for hot days after amusement parks. The garage was a highlight for our son. Henry was a very responsive host. We had no issues at all. We relaxed and had a wonderful family vacation to kick off our summer. I would stay here again.

Love the pool!

Great home in quiet neighborhood. It was so nice to return here at night after a long day at Disney. My family loved staying in this beautiful home. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Owner was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Recent Stay

The property was mostly clean with a few exceptions. Also, the pest control left a lot to be desired. I have an expectation of wildlife being in Florida, but having several large spiders and lizards both inside and outside of the home was challenging to navigate with my children.

Wonderful vacation time

The family had a great time and the house was beautiful. The gaming room was nice and the house fit perfectly for us. Henry was very nice and all communication went smoothly. Highly recommended. The spa and pool had a new heater so the spa would get warm pretty quickly after it was turned on, perfect to relax in after a long day out.

Relaxing and Fun Stay Near Disney

We had a wonderful time at the property. The beds are comfortable, it’s clean, lots of fun things for the kids to do. We felt safe. It’s near Disney and the pool was great! Highly recommend.

The villa was very clean and well laid out with enough cutlery and utensils for everyone. Excellent facilties with a good pool table and a good entertainment area in the garage for all ages. Nice surprise with laundry tablets ready to use, until we got to the supermarket nice touch in my opinion. The pool was great and spa also good at the end of the day after walking around the parks. The location of the villa in Winsdsor Palms is good for the Disney Parks only 10 minutes away. We had an excellent stay at the villa I would recommend stopping there.

Awesome backyard

House was nice for our family of 5. Water in the pool and hot tub was freezing so we weren’t able to use either which was a bummer. Neighborhood very safe and quiet while we were there.

Perfect VRBO Experience

We highly recommend taking advantage of all this VRBO has to offer! Its location and décor features everything Disney as well as anything you may need just to entertain yourself on-site. The attention to detail is aboveboard and the owner, Henry, is always available to see to your every need. My family would not hesitate to revisit when in the area.

We have always loved Disney but always hated the impersonal feel of staying in the big corporate hotels. Not to mention the costs that added up for our group after booking a few rooms, parks, and going out for meals 3 times a day every day. We thought there had to be a better more cost effective way to have our group come visit together more then once every few years.We stayed in a VR during a 2 week family trip to Disney in December of 2015. We were able to rent a beautiful home that was able to fit my family, my parents, and inlaws comfortably at a fraction of the cost of a hotel room. We stayed for two weeks in a huge and beautiful house for about what you would spend for 3 to 4 nights at one of those corporate resorts. Also we were able to cook meals when we wanted and occasionally go out to eat if we felt like it. That experience changed my parents and my thinking of what a great family vacation could be. We purchased this home to be able to bring that same experience to other families who want something more from their Disney vacation without having to pay more. We hope that you love our home as much as we do and enjoy everything this wonderful area has to offer!
