Welcome to Searenity! Our home away from home. Discover this cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach house, which is a gem in Jensen Beach. This lovely home features 1 queen bed and 1 double bunk bed, perfect for a small group of guests. With amenities like AC, a fitness room, community private pool for guests, a pool hall, library, tennis court, bocce ball and pickle ball for your stay, it will be comfortable and convenient. If you are into mill work, guests will have full access for your projects for a fee to the association. Cable and Wi-Fi is included in your stay. Only 20 minutes from downtown Jensen Beach full of restaurants and night life. Additional restaurants within minutes of the home are Kyle G's, Strawberry's, Shuckers, Nonna's, Conchy's Joe's Seafood to name a few. We think our place will help you experience everything Jensen Beach has to offer. Guests will have access to their own private beach, and the community is accessible only through a gate for your security. Association approval is required before your stay. Dogs are allowed with appropriate vaccination paperwork to be submitted to the association as part of the approval process. NO CATS ALLOWED. Daughter is severely allergic to Cats. Did I mention your pup will have its own doggy bar? Comfortable cozy beds to sleep on and complimentary treats? All complimentary. The dog bed will be in the living area and Master bedroom. A outside doggie Canopy and doggy bowls will be available while you relax in the backyard. The community is very peacefully and does not allow any noise from 11pm-7am. You can rent a golf cart at your own expense and drive to the underground tunnel within the community in order to safely walk to the beach. Beautiful pictures of the tunnel have been posted. The underground tunnel has been tastefully painted for your enjoyment as you stroll to the beach. We hope you will book our home and enjoy the serenity that we do.
