Major Supermarkets, Liquor Stores, Cleveland business district, Cleveland Railway and a bus are also a five minute walk.
Thirty minutes to Brisbane CBD and Brisbane International Airport. Fifty minutes to theme parks and the Gold Coast. Sirromet Winery 15 minute drive.
The house is air conditioned and has fans throughout.
Granite benchtops put the finishing touch to a spacious modern kitchen.

A second outdoor living area puts you even closer to the water giving you a view down the canal and at the pool there is a cabana in case you want to keep a closer eye on the family.
Inside dining is at a beautiful timber table with seating for 8.
Four bedrooms - the Master has an ensuite, corner bath (spa not available) with overhead rain shower and glorious water views.
It also has a TV.
The main bathroom has a shower and a bath and there is a separate toilet.
Laundry is equipped with Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.
