This 3 BR 2.5 BA home is located in a safe, gated neighborhood just a short drive to the beach (10 mins) and nearby restaurants & shops. You'll find everything you need here. This house is located in town in a gated community called Riviera Tulum. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, but yet close enough to everything. The drive to the beach is approximately 10 minutes.
The house is completely private. The backyard is enclosed with a plunge pool, perfect for an afternoon swim. The upstairs balcony has amazing views of sunrise or sunset.
The house has plenty of luxuries, including air conditioning, WIFI, TV, and full kitchen.

We are happy to help with arrangements for scooter, bicycles, or rental cars. We have discounts available for rental cars and bicycles.
We also can put you in contact with our taxi drivers so that they can pick you up or drop you off whenever you need.
We are more than happy to arrange airport transportation as well.

My name is Ashley and I'm the owner and manager of Greenwood Properties here in Tulum. I moved from NYC years ago to relocate to the beauty of the Caribbean and start my business. I enjoy travel, exploring, nature, and my family. My team and I work hard to make sure your vacation is perfect. Tulum itself is a treasure to explore, relax on the white sand beach, or snorkel in the turquoise water. There are the famous ruins of the Mayan city Chichen Itza located about 1 1/2 hours away, served by many tour operators. We highly recommend you plan a day in the Sian Ka'an biosphere. It is an expansive, beautiful, protected area that covers miles and miles of lagoon, beach, and mangrove. You will be blown away by the variety of birds, fish, dolphin, and other wildlife. Nearby there are dive shops, kite surfing shops, and places to rent kayaks or paddleboards. I'm lucky to have a great team, including Wendy, Angelica, Jhoanna, Josue, and more. Although they each contribute to the overall guest experience, I am always a phone call or email away in case you need anything for your stay.
