One bedroom one bath villa overlooks beautiful Lake Travis. Enjoy watching the sunset from the patio. This spacious one bedroom has granite countertops and tile floors. With one of the best views from the Island you won't ever want to leave your balcony!

Welcome to The Island On Lake Travis, an elegant condo complex that offers luxurious Lake Travis waterfront accommodations located on a 14-acre island. This gated resort offers condos for rent whether it be long or short term. A very unique aspect about our property is each condo is done to individual owners taste.
The Island on Lake Travis is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing romantic escape, and enjoy wildlife and breathtaking sunset views over the lake.
There are plenty of local attractions to explore to keep you busy if you are looking for something fun and exciting to do. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg, check out one of the 18 hole golf courses nearby, or enjoy a wine tasting at a Flat Creek Winery!
When you rent from Island Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo's come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional "guest" spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.
We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).

* Coded Lock on Door, so you will not have to keep up with a key.

Loved the unlimited golf. The place needs a little TLC. Hot tub inside was broken and never fixed. If you want quiet this is the place!

Just what we were looking for!

Had a great time, it was clean and quiet and we loved seeing so many deer on the property. We were very happy with the condo and balcony space. Great kitchen, comfortable and clean.

Great View and accommodations.

Was in town for a bike race. Great view of the river. On site restaurant was convenient and good. Nice condo. Was very comfortable.

Nice place, Clean and nice view. It was nice stay except Sat Nov 27 I had to cancel my dinner plan and helped Maintenance person Jason to help fixing Bathroom sink which took him 3 hrs. I would stay again.

Great Stay

My wife and I stayed at this resort for 4 days. The size of this place was perfect for the two of us and our dog. It is a little dated but we didn't mind. There is secured parking (free!). The bed and bedding was super comfortable! The view of the lake from our unit was amazing and very tranquil. Perfect to have your morning coffee/breakfast out in the patio. We definitely recommend it! Thank you!

Our stay in your condo at Lake Travis in Lago Vista was wonderful. For 2 people the condo was spacious. The view of the river/lake was wonderful. The patio was semi-private. Everything was clean, and the furniture/bed was comfortable. The bathtub jets did not work but we still enjoyed a good soak. We would gladly rent this room again.

Villa 1104

This condo is wonderful and located right on the water, nestled under a big oak tree. It was quiet and private. The interior, however, is well-worn and needs a deep clean as the carpet is old and stained, the couch and chair both have rips, and the tile grout could use a scrubbing. If you can look beyond that, it is a lovely place to stay.

Everything was good for the most part. Wish we would have been told that there was no open boat ramp when we received our confirmation. Had ants in the chair and couch in living room and all over balcony.

Beautiful place, just not clean enough

The condo was set up nicely, very beautiful place. However, the sofa bed was VERY uncomfortable. The bed sheets were not clean. The apartment was not clean. If it were clean this would of been the perfect stay!

Great place to relax and get away

Everything from the reservation to the registration was seamless. That let us focus on having a great vacation. The location was great for seeing the fireworks on the lake, and we could pop in to town for coffee and supplies easily. The facilities had everything we needed except ice. Bring your own ice, for sure. It's Texas and it's hot, don't let your beer suffer in the heat.
