Bella Mar Never Disappoints!

We've stayed at Bella Mar several times and we are never disappointed. The house is always perfectly clean and well stocked with everything we need. Plenty of chairs, wagons and beach towels we're ready to go. All the appliances are in top working order and the AC did a great job of dealing with the 90+ degree days. The Itrip team are always a pleasure to work with and makes the entire process so simple! We'll be back!

Family Reunions Are the Best!

A beautifully kept home that is perfect for our children and grandchildren to come visit for a week at the beach. A highly responsive iTrip team kept the one issue (the elevator) in good working condition after we called. We had so much love and laughter in this house, and it’s our third year here! Three weeks on 3rd St for our third year!

Family vacay

Home was neat and clean. When elevator stopped working, repairman was sent same day. A working elevator helped to make our vacation great for everyone!

Awesome Family Beach Trip

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was perfect for a large group as we had multiple family members staying. The home has everything you need! We highly recommend to others and will stay here again!

Great place to stay!!

It’s a beautiful property in a beautiful location. Short walk to the beach as stated. Well equipped kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The management company was also great to work with. Would definitely stay there again.

Great House Close to Beach

This house was perfect for our group! The 3 king bed Master bedrooms were extremely spacious. We had a 5 minute walk to the beach. They had everything we needed for the beach, towels, chairs, boards, carts, ECT.

Great house by the beach

The house was clean, very well decorated and comfortable. Very close to the beach. The whole family has had a wonderful time, well accommodated and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the bbqs are helpful as we love to cook.

Great house for beach getaway

House was perfect for our group of 11. Three king bed bedrooms with attached baths was a definite plus. Excellent location in residential area, one block from main road and very walkable to beach. Very well supplied kitchen.

Great place for 2-3 families to stay. East access to nice beach. Not an over crowded beach..

Clean property, listing matched actual property. Worked very well for 2 families of 5 plus grandparent. 2 block to easy beach access. Nice neighborhood. Would stay there again.

Awesome Stay, very communicative

Coordinator was available via text and phone for any issues. Home was clean and very close to beach and pier. Had everything we wanted and the layout was great for family time together. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house for the whole family!

Our family ranged in age from 77 down to two. The elevator was a great help. Plenty of room, nicely decorated, and best of all clean. We hope to stay here again.
