The only house on Litibu Beach that is both elevated above and yet directly on the beach. Our home's unique, elevated position at the absolute end of the beach gives us two things you simply cannot get anywhere else:

The Space: Perfect for Groups, Designed for Privacy

Our home is uniquely designed with two completely separate living levels, making it the ideal retreat for families, couples, or groups who want to be together but also enjoy their own private space.

The Upper Palapa Level: This is your primary living area. It features a master suite, a full kitchen with a sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. The entire space opens onto a massive terrace covered by a soaring palapa—this is your front-row seat for the nightly sunset show and winter whale watching.

The Lower Garden Level: A full, private retreat of its own. Downstairs, you'll find two more beautiful bedrooms (each with a queen bed and its own private bathroom), a second large kitchen, and two separate living areas. It’s a complete home unto itself, with a spacious deck featuring a hammock and outdoor seating.

From Your Garden to the Sand

A private entrance leads you down a beautiful, terraced garden path directly onto the sandy shores of Litibu. When you return, rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower. The house is decorated with our colorful collection of Mexican art and accessories.

We’ve also built a special "elevated private beach"—a sandy terrace on our property where you can relax in the sun and overlook the ocean in total seclusion.

We just purchased and updated the property next door, creating an exclusive bonus space just for our guests.

Beachfront house

We rented this house for 6 days in September. The owners are very nice. Good communication, and they set us up with Adam prior to our arrival. Adam had to be one of the best hosts we’ve had, prior to arrival and while we were there. Available for any help you could need, check in, activities, restaurants, etc. September is off season. Humid and hot, a little rain, but not unbearable. The house was pretty much what is advertised. Built on a cliff, two floors with two very nice balconies. WiFi, tv, coffee maker, washer, dryer, a/c in bedrooms, and pretty much all you would need. Easy stop at Walmart or la comida about 15 minutes from the PVR airport on the way to the house for stuff. Sayulita about 20 minutes north for shopping and food, very busy there and parking is a pain. 20 minutes south is Punta de Mita, we liked that area more, better food, water activities, surf, snorkel, fish. Beach at the house was great just down a few stairs from the house. Very quiet and relaxing, great sunsets, and got see baby turtle released one night, just 300 yards from the house. Also, a restaurant on the beach, about a 5 minute walk south on the beach from the house. Boogie boards are available at the house also. Margaritas on the hill is a great restaurant, run by a husband and wife, 15 minute drive. Use google maps for pretty much everything. We had a great time here. A little away from the busy stuff, but that’s why you’d rent here. Quiet, relaxing, and comfortable house! Five stars!!

Another Stay in Heaven

This was our family's second spring break at this slice. Again, it was so hard to leave. It's heaven. It's magic. It's everything we could ever want. I can still hear the waves, feel the breeze, and smell the sea. There are no better sunsets than the ones you will see here.

Ideal beach vacation

This beautiful house is in a perfect location right on the beach that is never crowded. We have rented many places in sayulita and the area and this was by far the best. Adam took great care of us too.

We were just blown away! This is the perfect Mexican getaway. When we visit Mexico we look for places that are out of the way and away from most tourists because that is where we find the most relaxing, beautiful places, and the best food. Casa Manana is our perfect, I mean perfect, getaway. The pictures and the video shows exactly how amazing this place is. The beach is uncrowded and the waves and water were perfect for us and our 7 and 9-year-olds. The house itself is amazingly comfortable and spread out. We could all spend time together in one room or we could all just find our own separate space to hang. Both Robert and Roberto we a fantastic help and were very responsive. I could go on and on about how amazing this place is, but I will stop and just tell you to book your trip NOW! Do it! That's how great Casa Manana is. Thanks, John!

On the beach

Just steps from the beach! Very private and secluded. Robert is very helpful and promptly addressed any issues we had. This is not a party scene kind of place. Access is a bit rough and time consuming so if you are looking for a private quiet retreat where you will spend most of your holiday, this is the place! We hope to return again in the future.

A truly wonderful time spent and an amazing property.

From the time we met Rob (the caretaker), who made us feel so welcome from the outset, to the most amazing home itself – we had the most fabulous time. Always wanting to give a balance view, I look for both Pro’s and Cons – of which the only negative point of the whole experience was actually having to leave such a lovely place.. From the moment you enter the property, you know you have arrived somewhere special. On arrival, before actually entering the house, you are presented with an incredible ocean view which never stops delivering. The upper level lanai was the perfect place to watch the most glorious sunsets and enjoy our margarita ‘sundowners’, The sliding glass doors of the top level bedroom completely opened the top bedroom to this view which was an incredible way to greet each morning as did the adjoining top floor bathroom. A short flight of stairs down to the lower level and sun-deck / BBQ area was equally as inviting. The living space continued into the living area and two spacious bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathrooms proved perfect for the kids (aged 17 and 19) giving everyone their own ‘space’. The property is also located at the far end of the long stretch of beach, despite the convenient access to the beach, the property still gives the feeling of complete privacy and seclusion – which makes you feel rather privileged when you pop down to enjoy the sea and the waves. All told, a wonderful property and experience. Well done!

Hidden Gem and Unbelievable Deal

See how the cover photo is of a gorgeous beach with no one on it?- it's exactly like that. You feel like you have the beach to yourself most of the time. The house is stunning! Our friends were getting married at the W- I'm so glad we came with our family and decided to stay in this home, I think it was better than the hotel. All the rooms were beautifully decorated, lively colors, and very well stocked. We will be back for sure- you can't go wrong with this home- book now :) Side notes: -Showering with a view of the ocean -Freshly cut coconuts by the gardener, David -NOT close to stores and restaurants, which was fine for us, we cooked in 1 or 2 kitchens

Spectacular views! Great family vacation

Second time at John and Nina's property and we love it even more! Through the village of Higuera Blanca and down the dirt road to the most beautiful house on the beach! The three bedrooms are spacious and just lovely. Check out the beautiful tile work in all three bathrooms! You could live in the master bathroom with its gorgeous open shower and private sun deck. There is a kitchen on each level so if guests want a private meal, easily done. The porch is the family gathering spot and the sunsets are perfect. Sayulita is a 15 minute drive and Punta de Mita is just as close. Check out Km 5 Surfer bar for great fish tacos. Simply put, you will not want to leave but if you want a little adventure go to Vista Paraiso for zip lining, horseback riding or four wheeling! Ten minutes away! Also don't mis. Litibu Grill just a ten minute walk right down the beach, complete with a hammock garden. Absolutely LOVE THIS HOUSE!

Perfect stay with kids and dogs!

This house is located directly at the beach! We were almost alone and we enjoyed this freedom a lot! The beach is clean and the waves are moderate. Our son 6 years old enjoyed it very much to play with his dogs in the shallow water. The view from the house is outstanding. The house is in an excellent condition and very well decorated. There was nothing we missed during our stay! The garden is beautifull with lots of exotic flowers and plants. From the upper terrace we enjoyed the breathtaking views over the ocean and the beach. Great sunsets! Robert took very good care of us! All in all it was a perfect choice for our stay in Nayarit! Thanks for everything!

Phenomenal experience!

We spent an incredible week in this truly amazing house, perched above a gorgeous but secluded beach. Time basically slips away with the sound of the waves and the afternoon breeze off the Pacific. Beautiful water, sky, sand, views, with the beach right there at the bottom of your steps. Drink from coconuts right off the trees in the garden. The home is exquisitely designed and decorated, and has everything you need to eat, sleep, and live in comfort, though you feel a long way from the rest of civilization! The people (owner, house manager, maids, gardener) were welcoming and helpful. We miss it already and look forward to returning. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Enjoyable Amazing Beachfront Home

A visit to Mexico for a wedding was so enjoyable and made possible by the fact that we stayed in a beautiful, comfortable, amazing beachfront home. Ideal Mexican Coastal Home

If you want to be on the beach in a beautiful authentic Mexican getaway, this is the perfect home. It is very comfortable and beautifully done with a constant sound of the ocean. The sunsets are breath taking and you will feel tucked away in a coastal jungle setting with a private beach as well as easy access to a number of the local villages and a variety of beaches. I much prefer this authentic local setting than an over commercialized resort any day!!!

AMAZING!!! The house, the beach, the location, and the people affiliated w/ the property!

This place is so beautiful! The house is up scale yet very charming and cozy. You can tell The owners really put thought into the details when constructing and decorating this place. Definitely a place I want to be! The views and beach area are AMAZING! It's al very open, yet very private with The beautiful gardens and trees bordering the property. Off the beaten path. The gardener and the maid were very nice and trustworthy. I enjoyed my morning runs into the cute little town Higuera Blanca and down the beach. Loved venturing to the neighboring towns Sayulita and San Pancho. Loved the 5 km surf bar! Great food and atmosphere! I really liked this place is under an hour from the Airport. We rented a car and easily got around. I would recommend this place to anyone. My husband and I have traveled a decent amount and this Has been one of our favorites! We will be back!

Relaxing Home, Magnificent View

Our family group of 3 couples had an amazing week. The house met all of our needs, and could not have been better situated for lounging on the beach and playing in the surf. The access road is very rough, but we had no reason to leave! Everyone from the owners, to the manager, to the cleaners and gardener were very friendly and a pleasure to work with. All of the other reviews that talk about how amazing this "Amazing Beachfront House" is are all accurate. I can't wait to go back!

Amazing spot!

Nina's home in Litibu is the perfect spot! The house is GORGEOUS and spacious and absolutely perfect for relaxing with friends. It is located right on a beautiful beach in the adorable town of Litibu, which is a short drive away from excellent day trips like Sayulita, although there is no reason to leave Litibu unless you want a change of scenery. We would stay here any time that we come to Mexico.

Incredible Home and Experience

I cannot say enough about how much I loved this house. It is absolutely gorgeous. I visited this house with my fiancee and another couple and it was the perfect spot for a fun and romantic getaway. The house itself is gorgeous - great layout with huge porches, amazing views of the beach and ocean, very nice amenities, large, clean air-conditioned bedrooms, very nice open kitchens. You cannot ask for anything more. The house is located on the outskirts of a charming and authentic town. Tourist spots are easily within reach, but the house is secluded enough that you can have your own private beach and not see a soul if you prefer. Very very highly recommend, I want to go back!!

One of a kind Villa.

This is a truely unique and exquisite villa prominately set at the northern end of Litibu Beach on a rock outcrop just above the shoreline. This home is beautifully designed and decorated. Each suite has its own large bathroom and open air shower. There is a large, well appointed kitchen adjacent to a spacious living area. Few properties can rival the spectacular views offered from every room in this house. Even the most well traveled vacationer will be impressed once they arrive. Highly recommended.

Best House on the Beach

You drive down to the last house and it leads to the Gladish Casa. The view on your way there says it all but as you park you overlook all of the Litibu Beach and the Pacific Ocean. You have a birds eye view, from all corners of the house as it is perched about 30 feet above sea level. You walk down their meticulously gardened private path and you arrive at the very end of the beach. It feels as if it were your own private beach, it is so secluded and at the same time open. We loved our stay here and want to come back as soon as possible. It is the best place I've sound to disconnect and reconnect. Sunsets 365 days a year into the ocean and there is no better spot to watch it go down with a couple of cocktails than their deck. The house is very well done and the attention to detail is impeccable. My only hesitancy writing a great review is that I don't want the house to get too booked up so we can come back next time!

Amazing Paradise

My fiance and I were planning our wedding and we wanted a beach wedding in Mexico. When I came across this property it looked amazing. I contacted the owners regarding our stay and wedding plans. They also told me they had a beach lot just a few hundred yards from the house that we could also have access too. They sent us pictures of not only the house but the beach lot which was also beautiful and amazing. The lot was full of beautiful palm trees, running water, hammocks, bathrooms and electricity, perfect for a party, wedding or just camping out. We rented a car and met in the quaint town of Higuera Blanca (about 40 min from the airport) so we could be escorted to the house. The house is tucked away on the edge of the jungle and the wide open Pacific Ocean. The house was beautiful, the breezes were amazing, the sunsets were spectacular and the sound of the waves at night made for a wonderful night of sleep. We also experienced some of the most amazing moons I have ever seen. We held our wedding at the beach lot. The beautiful sunset and wonderful location made for a story book wedding. We had a Mexican pig roast for our reception and a camp fire afterwards. It couldn't have been more perfect. We are already making plans to return for our 5 year anniversary. The owners of the house were awesome, can't wait to come back.

On The Edge of Paradise

This house and property is so special...its hard to know where to begin. Its such a secluded gem! One of my favorite elements to staying here (I am a repeat guest BTW), is the arrival. After taking an unassuming turn off the main road, through a dusty little community, across a creek bed and up onto the homes own lush ridge, your soul immediately slows down and tunes into a slower, more authentic mexican pace that you just cant find in the more developed areas. It's at this point that you realize its going to be a really special vacation...and you haven't even gotten to the house yet! Anyway...the house is fabulous to say the least. It has a lovely thatched roof, rounded thick stucco walls, and a view that you could just look at all day with plenty of relaxing outside areas to do so. The house is located on the very northern point of Punta Mita beach so it feels very private without people walking by. It is positioned just up on its own little hill with great beach access though a cascading garden. There is a master suite on the top floor with one bedroom and its own kitchen, and there is another flat below with a bigger kitchen and two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Nice tile work and art throughout. A/C. Fans. Drinking water. BBQ. All the amenities. The house and property really have a good vibe! If you did ever want to leave, Sayulita is a 20 minute drive up the main roud with lots of restaurants and great night life. There are boat trips to some neighboring islands that is a fun day adventure for snorkeling. For basic supplies you can just walk or drive down to Higuera Blanca (the village i mentioned above). We are from the San Francisco Bay Area and love how much fun we have and how quickly we relax in Casa Mañana. It is also super easy it is to get to our second home. You are an hour from the airport, you can walk to a local beach restaurant and you are away from the standard tourist traps. A great place to relax and reconnect with friends and family.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

The minute we saw the view from this property we fell in love. We see the full length of Playa Litibu which is about 2 miles long and across our bay to Punta Mita. We sit on our deck and can see the sunset over the Pacific 365 days a year. We are in the flight path of Pelicans and during the winter we often see whales breaching. It is the best location on all of Litibu Beach.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our home is off the beaten path but easily accessible to fine restaurants, golf courses, surfing, fishing, etc. It is about 10 minutes to Punta Mita and 215 minutes to Sayulita. In short, our home is relaxing, tranquil and loads of fun! You have access to all that Mexico has to offer, but you can also just chill on the beach, swim, surf and go for long walks.
