Cozy place

This is a great place for my family night to enjoy your ski trip together. Honor was great of communication and we felt very comfortable in this accommodation.

Cozy condo!

Enjoyed our stay! Condo was well equipped and comfortable. The outside deck was great for hanging out with family. Communication was excellent with the owner.

Great place in Incline Village

This propert was great. Very clean and nicely decorated. I felt very at home. The bedrooms are all on the first level which is nice so we didn't have to haul our luggage up the stairs. Owner was friendly and set us up for a good stay.

Homey Clean and Comfortable

Belinda has a lovely clean home with a giant comfy couch that is sweet to relax in after a day of hiking, biking, skiing or whatever it is you like to do in Tahoe. She has her artwork throughout the house, which created a very warm and homey feeling.

First Class Condo

We really enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and roomy for my family of five. It has been newly renovated and is near the ski slopes, casino and grocery store. The condo has everything you would need for the perfect stay. Belinda was a great host. We will definitely be back!

Amazing condo and host

This place is amazing, and so close to the lake and Kings Beach. We enjoyed staying, amenities were on point, though a few things in the kitchen could be added like basic necessities (creamer for coffee, etc.) but apart from this small details everything else was great. The host was wonderful, very responsive as well as accommodating to our needs.

Best stocked home!

We frequently rent homes when we vacation because we like to cook our own meals. This kitchen was stocked with every cooking apparatus, including a crock pot and instant pot, which made preparing meals for the day a breeze. The house also has nice touches like hallway night lights, a bedside clock, a box fan and hair dryers in both bathrooms. Belinda was welcoming and accommodating when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Best value for your money

The place was so homely. I felt that the host made it that way and the financial aspect that's always on the visitor's mind, flies away as you relax, just like home. It was clean. The host was absolutely awesome., responded promptly, able to make adjustments when we requested. Neighborhood was quiet. Got to meet some neighbors and they gave us pointers on where to experience tahoe life. Probably the best short term home rental experience i have had.

Incline Village Week Stay

2.5 bathrooms. Nice patio area with grill. Open concept including kitchen/dining room/living room. Kitchen has everything you need. We brought our crockpot and waffle maker. Didn’t like the pillows much, will bring my own when we stay here again. Only stairs are up to the second level. Close parking. Pool is very close too.

Hi William, thanks for your review. We want all guests to find the perfect vacation rental for their needs so we've added a note to the listing that informs guests the property has step-free access to enter, and the bedrooms are on the first floor, but there are stairs to access the living room and kitchen on the second floor. The owner works hard to provide an ideal stay for all guests, and we look forward to this home hosting many happy travelers!

Our stay at this condo was great! The property was clean and stocked with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient for accessing everything in the area. The host was highly accommodating and communication was seamless from start to finish! Highly recommend booking this spot.

Great place & super cozy!

What a wonderful rental! We absolutely love this condo. Belinda the host decorated it perfectly and it was incredibly cozy. She was always available if we needed anything. I can’t say enough about how great our stay was!

Lake Tahoe Vacation

Perefect location close to the lake. Very convenient to the village and great walking trails. The condo had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was well equipped including the Kuerig coffee maker. All rooms and living space were very clean. We did wish that the bedrooms had TVs. Also not ideal for those that have trouble climbing stairs and carrying your belongings from the parking lot to the unit. Belinda was a great host. Excellent communication and response to the one issue we did have when we arrived.

Perfect spot for a wedding weekend that was down the street at the Hyatt. Belinda was very accommodating and the unit had everything we needed!

Amazing

Our stay was fantastic. The condo is exactly as described and was plenty of room for six adults. EVerythig was super clean and super well organized. The best part however was our host, Belinda. She was so friendly, accomodating and helpful! She really helped us out when schedules shifted and we are grateful. 100% recommend!

Lake Tahoe

The weather was hot in Tahoe during our stay but we were able to find fans to use which was a blessing! The patio was delightful. We had to phone the owner when we first arrived as out GPS took us to another area and she was wonderful and stayed on the phone until we arrived at the correct building.

Great Stay at Incline Village

We stayed 4 nights at this location with our 2 adult children. The accommodations were comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals on site. The property owner was wonderful to work with and communicated throughout the reservation process. The condo was exceptionally clean and we enjoyed evenings in lounging in the family room with the windows open and a mountain breeze coming through. The location was very convenient for anything on the north or east shores of Lake Tahoe as we explored Sand Harbor, Hidden Beach and other gems. We would definitely stay on site again.

Belinda’s home is an excellent place to stay – clean, cozy, roomy. She is VERY responsive and friendly! We’d definitely stay again if we are back in Tahoe.

The condo is located in a convenient location to Diamond Peaks, walks to the beach and close to the grocery store. The 2nd level is an open floor plan that includes the living room, dining room and kitchen that allows room for entertaining. The kitchen is completely stocked with anything that you would need.

Fantastic Family Retreat

My family and I had a fantastic time staying at this condo in Tahoe! It is close to the lake and many trails, as well as Diamond Peak ski resort. We had a great time going on snowy hikes around the area (late November) and really enjoyed using the large living room space for board games. The kitchen is fully set up with everything you would need to cook a big meal! The check in process was easy and the place was very comfortable.
