This newly built mountain house features hardwood floors, plenty of privacy, and an open-concept layout where no one is left out of the conversation. Picture yourself enjoying a delicious home-cooked dinner on the full front porch and watching as the sun sinks below the tree line!

Start your morning with a hot cup of coffee on the upstairs balcony and watch for local wildlife roaming around the property. When the whole group is awake, turn on your favorite song on the indoor Sonos sound system and prepare breakfast for everyone in the fully equipped kitchen! The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a 3-person breakfast bar ideal for a midday snack.

When you're not out exploring Old Forge, relax on one of the 2 comfortable leather couches in the living room and watch your favorite movie on the mounted flat-screen TV with a DVD player. The window-lined living room also offers a charming wood-burning stove perfect for chilly evenings. If the sun is shining, walk out to the deck to enjoy your favorite book in one of 2 sky chairs.

After the sun sets, make a bonfire at the outdoor fire pit and roast s'mores for dessert. End the night with a relaxing soak in the private hot tub and converse with your travel companions about what to do next! The lofted game room also serves as a fantastic place for a friendly game of pool and an evening cocktail.

When it's time to hit the sack, head to one of 3 cozy bedrooms to drift into a deep sleep on the cloud-like mattresses. Additional sleeping for 2 is available on the upstairs sleeper sofa in the lofted game room!

Old Forge is known as the 'Adirondack Base Camp,' and is the largest of all the hamlets in historical Webb. On the nights that you're not dining at the house, drive just over a mile to the Five Corners Cafe to sample your way through their array of delicious entrees and wash it down with a bottle of wine. The Fulton Chain Craft Brewery is another great place to grab a beer with your travel companions!

The Enchanted Forest Water Safari is 1.6 miles from the house and a perfect way to spend a summer day! The water park is known for its heated outdoor and indoor water rides, arcade, and a variety of amusement rides.

Grab the 4-person canoe from the house and walk over to the Moose River. The home is located minutes from the North Branch of the Moose River and is one of the top spots in the nation for whitewater rafting, canoeing, and kayaking! The town of Old Forge also offers a beach at First Lake with lifeguards for safe summer swimming. Take a scenic cruise on First Lake or drop your boat and explore all the lakes on your own.
