NEWLY REMODELED MASTER BATHROOM-
Looking for privacy and tired of sharing an entrance and garage with strangers??? Well look no more and speak to the owner directly to learn more! Beautiful, renovated townhouse on 24th Avenue only a short block to the beach and boardwalk in North Wildwood! The unit has been updated top to bottom including the garage. From fresh paint on the walls, ceilings and woodwork, new carpets, new sofa and loveseat, stainless steel appliances to newly installed hardwood flooring on the two stairs and in the 3rd floor hallway. Nothing has been spared for your stay. This is luxury living at the shore. Did I mention a fully stocked kitchen for the gourmet chef and the coffee bar?
All furnishings are upscale and tasteful - just like home. 50' Smart TV with sound bar in the living area including Smart TVs in each of the 3 bedrooms, electric fireplace, WIFI, Netflix, hardwood floors and granite countertops. Great views from the two balconies, one off the living room and one off the master bedroom. There is a private entrance and a private two car garage with an additional two off street parking spaces. There is no finer townhouse!

Close to everything. Just a block to the boardwalk with it's rides, water park and shops. The condo complex has its own swimming pool! Unit has private ground level sand shower in the garage. There are 4 adult bikes, 8 beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your use during your stay. So much less to pack!

The beautiful kitchen has a large island, separate coffee bar with k-cups and syrups to enjoy my morning coffee, and there is a separate dining area too. Three generous size bedrooms. Master has queen bed; second bedroom a double; and the third sleeps four with a bunk bed with a double on the bottom, twin on top and a twin trundle underneath (a great room for the kids!)

For your convenience, we've provided a keyless entry. No worry about losing a key! During your stay, you'll be given a unique 4-digit code for your use only.

This unit rents from Saturday to Saturday. We do not rent partial weeks.

Great location, only 5 minute walk to the boardwalk or beach. Beautiful home that was clean and well maintained. Having rhe private harage, entrance and decks was a bonus, as was all the beach equipment we used everyday. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Perfect location, beautiful home!!!

This was the perfect vacation home for our family. The location was perfect, the house was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. There were bikes, a beach buggy, boogie boards, beach chairs and beach umbrellas which was so convenient so that we did not have to bring them from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials. We loved that it had a pool, it was nice to jump into after a day at the beach. There was plenty of parking for all of our cars. Jim and Diane were great to work with as well. Jim was there when we arrived to show us around and even gave us a welcome gift which was so thoughtful!!! Thank you for allowing us to vacation in your home. We absolutely loved it!!

Awesome shore house!

My family & my sister’s family rented this home for the 2nd year in a row and it is fabulous! The owners, Diane & Jum, are super nice! When we arrived, the house was spotless! And they even left a cute welcoming me gift! The house is spacious with a fully loaded kitchen & has all of your kitchen appliances, big dining area, living space & 3 spacious bedrooms. In the garage, there are bikes for your use, beach stuff including chairs, boogie boards, a beach cart & beach toys. The best part is the shower in the garage which makes it easier to rinse & shower after the beach. The house is in a perfect location & walking distance to the beach & boardwalk. There is a nice size community pool & grills for your use & several parking spots. We love this home & already booked our summer vacation for 2019!

EXCEPTIONAL RENTAL

My family and I rented this townhouse and we could not been more pleased. Everything was perfect and exactly as stated in the description. The owners see to every detail right down to bikes for the wonderful morning rides and beach toys for the kiddos. Our son is in the USCG stationed nearby and it will definitely be our place when we go to visit. The location is perfect. Close enough for a quick walk (less than 5 minutes) to the boards yet far enough you don't hear the noise from the crowds ( but you can still hear the tramcar which I love) The owner is extremely quick with responding to emails and phone calls and makes sure everything is perfect in the home. The home is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen for making perfect meals. Please don't hesitate to rent this home for your family vacation.

Best Summer Rental EVER!

My family and I rented this shore home for the most fantastic week. The home itself is beautiful, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything you need for a perfect week at the shore. They definitely go above and beyond in the amenity department including things such as beach chairs and bikes. They did not miss a detail on what it takes to make the ideal week. There is plenty of sleeping room and the house is truly a home. You don't feel like you are there temporarily. It is decorated and stocked, especially the kitchen. If you so desire, there is a pool which also has a barbecue that you can use. The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance including the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. I cannot wait to return to the Owens beach home. You will not be disappointed if you choose to vacation with this rental!

North Wildwood Rental

We really enjoyed our stay in this Northwildwood townhome. It has everything you need. It's very clean, roomy, bright and well decorated. The beds were VERY comfortable! The kitchen is well equipped and the owners provide lots of spices which is a perk! The location is great, especially if travelling with kids. A very short walk to the boardwalk/beach and resturants. We were not familiar with this area of the Jersey Shore, however it didnt take long to discover all the neighborhood had to offer via walking or biking (owners even provide bikes). We did not use our car the entire vacation. Would recommend a bike ride to Hereford Inlet Lighthouse area @ 1st street. Beautiful area. The owners were wonderful, available and attentive before, during and after our arrival. A welcome binder, fresh flowers and a bottle of wine were waiting on the kitchen counter. WOW! We have been renting houses for many years on the Jersey Shore and that was a first! Nice touch. Would highly recommend this rental!

Exceptional Shore House!

My family had a wonderful vacation in his town home. We loved everything about it. Beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and great location to the beach and boardwalk. The owners, Diane & Jim, are super nice! They welcomed us the day we arrived & gave us a tour of their home before we checked in. They left us a welcome gift - a beach towel and a beach bag which was very thoughtful. The house is fully equipped with all of your kitchen appliances, spices, kitchen towels, cleaning supplies, a spacious French door fridge with freezer on bottom, a crock pot, etc. There is a washer/dryer which was very useful during our stay. Spacious dining area with a large table, which was great for dinners and game night. They have Netflix which kept the little ones occupied. The bedrooms are a decent size and the beds were comfy; Beautiful master bedroom with a balcony. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. We loved having access to their bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach buggy, boogie boards and toys. The best part is the shower in the garage. My kids loved it especially after the beach. There is a heated pool with 2 BBQ grills if you'd like to use. Thank you Owens family for sharing your home and we look forward to returning next summer!!

Perfect Condo!

This condo was very well-equipped and super clean. It was exactly as advertised. It was off the beaten path, but still close enough to the boardwalk and other activities. Diane and Jim were a joy to work with and they made our stay absolutely perfect. We've been coming to the Wildwoods for close to 50 years, and this condo is by far the best place we've ever stayed. We will definitely stay here again!

Simply beautiful!

The house was beautiful! Location was amazing! It was so nice not having to truck all of our beach stuff down the shore. It made life so much easier. This was such an easy process from start to finish. We had a wonderful vacation and made memories to last a lifetime.

Excellent Beach Vacation Home!

We stayed at Jim and Dianne's beach home in August 2018. The location and complex are great. Jim and Dianne have gone out of their way to ensure guests have everything needed for a wonderful stay. Furnishings and beds are comfortable and well maintained. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and various items. The beach gear (chairs, cart, umbrella, etc) saved us the trouble of bringing our own which was great. The pool at the complex is very nice, not too crowded and everyone seemed very friendly during our visit. Jim and Dianne personally greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of their home. It was so nice to meet them and witness how much they care for their tenants and their home! They also gave us a welcome gift (a great beach cooler!) which was so very thoughtful. We are looking forward to staying again in 2019!

The Perfect Beach rental!

Gorgeous home! Lots of space, beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of home. The shower off the garage was a life saver for getting sand off of our kids after a day at the beach. Quick walk to the beach/boardwalk and excellent view of the Friday night fireworks. We also loved that a beach buggy, chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, bikes and toys were all available for us to use. That really helped reduce the amount we had to pack and bring with us.

North Wildwood Rental

We loved everything about this townhome. There was plenty of space for morning family time and family dinners. The home is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. The amenities couldn't be topped. Not having to travel with beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach buggy was a big plus and since we bike ride often we didn't have to rent or transport bikes. The beds were very comfortable. Pool area with grills was an added bonus. Beach access from this location is perfect, and centrally located for activities on and off the boards. Would definitely recommend.

A vacation home to truly relax and have fun!

We had an amazing vacation in Wildwood NJ, and the home we rented greatly contributed to our stay. The home was very airy and open. There was plenty of room for our three teenagers, and my husband and I had a beautiful master bedroom with its own bathroom. The kitchen had all the amenities of home and the open dining area with an 8 seat table. There was a surround sound TV in the living room and each bedroom had its own flat screen TV. Our children used the boogie boards and the bikes in the garage. The location was perfect for a short walk to the boardwalk and Morey's pier. The shower in the garage was fantastic to use after being on the beach all day, and not worry about having sand everywhere in the house. My family truly enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. We would recommend this home to anyone wanting to vacation in Wildwood.

A home away from home!

We had a wonderful stay with family and friends in this very relaxing home. Plenty of room with an open floor plan, easy to keep clean, very comfortable beds, plenty of dishes and cookware, also bikes, beach chairs and boogie boards included! It's an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk as well as some restaurants. The pool is great for an after-beach swim or perfect for windy days! We loved every minute of our stay there and would highly recommend this house, which is truly a home.

Something for everyone!

Spent a wonderful week with friends and family from the Boston areas in this beautiful comfortable and welcoming "beach home". The perfect location to the beach, boardwalk and some restaurants with all the amenities included, bikes, sand chairs and even the most exotic spices and cookware if you desire. We had a few windy days so afternoons by the pool were enjoyable and sunny. Thanks to the Owens Family for sharing their lovely home and we look forward to returning next year.
