We came to Ocean Isle to do some fishing and relaxing. Fishing was great at both the Sunset Beach Pier and Ocean Isle pier. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Loved Beaches Burgers.The house is cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.Great quiet neighborhood.

Great property

The property is in a great location very quiet neighborhood, easy to get to, very clean everything we needed was at the property. The owner and property manager were very helpful and easy to work with, highly recommend this property.

Second time family and I have stayed here a week and it is great. Close to everything you want to be and plenty of space for everyone to have their own. Host was very attentive as well and was always available to answer questions or concerns.

Very cozy cottage!

My family enjoy cozy cottage. We had everything we needed. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. View of causeway off of porch was wonderful. Close to OIB our favorite beach.

This was out second time taking a golf trip to the coast and the first time using this property. This property was convenient to everything, there are more golf courses that a person can play within 30 minutes, and the street is quiet. There was good communication with the owner, and the house has everything you need for a great stay.

Loved the beach house!

We loved this beach house. It was a short drive from the beach but centered between Sunset and Ocean Isle. It was convenient to the grocery store and local shopping. The house was very clean and beautiful! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great getaway

Perfect base camp for home hunting expedition. Located on a quiet residential street with friendly neighbors. Easy auto access to all the necessary shops and a quick 12 minute drive to Sunset Beach (highly recommend).Property was well equipped and comfortable. Property managers and owners were very flexible and responded promptly to our questions. Extremely well documented instructions to guide our stay.

Great location and neighborhood

The house fit the bill. It was close to the ICW and very easy to find. The house had everything we needed . I was only there a week but the friendly neighbors made me feel at home . The communication with the owner couldn’t be better.

This was a very nice property, very clean. Very roomy. My little granddaughter loved the porch on the side and it was great for us to keep her corralled. :) We would definitely stay here again. Everyone we spoke to were super nice and very helpful. Nice quiet neighborhood. We had so much fun spending time with family.

Family vacation.

This was our second year at the Cozy Coastal Cottage, it was even better than the first. The house was spotless upon arrival, the hosts and the concierge service were spectacular and reached out before and during our visit. The location is perfect, close enough to Sunset and Ocean Isle beaches (5 min) but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with the tourist traffic all day. I would recommend this property to anyone who is wanting to get away and relax and unwind. We will be back.

Phenomenal place

What a great place. Perfect place should you have kayaks or a boat. The owner was very responsive and even had someone meet us at the house when we got there to show us around. Not leaving it up to us to read an arrival book. Great personal touch. We will be back hopefully soon!

Snowbirds

We recently rented the Coastal Cottage for 41 days during the months of January & February. The owners Joe & Suzanne were great to work with, The home is well maintained, clean and very accommodating for all you would need. Located 2 houses from the intracoastal, where the view is spectacular from the deck, there is an enclosed porch for those relaxing hours. In addition, Chris, the property manager, was wonderful with answering any questions or concerns we would have during our stay. It was a great vacation.

Think twice.

Its hard for us to leave a negative feedback - but in this case I think its important that people know that the owners and managers of this property are not trustworthy or honest. We thought that the property was in nice shape with a few exceptions but it being a vacation rental we really didn’t think much of the items found and were not overly concerning to us. We took photos of certain things when we arrived in the event of an issue, but this owner tried to blame their lack of upkeep on us. The couch vinyl was falling off, the deck had a rotten spot in it that a chair fell thru during our visit but these are only a few things we found and informed them of the deck issue when occurred. The umbrella on the porch was broken upon arrival and we did not even use it because when we tried to open it - the legs fell out. We were unaware they did not know about the couch but we did not cause this and luckily we have photos from the day we arrived. They seem to just want tenants to pay for the cost of their upkeep because they certainly are not doing it themselves and claimed it was our family. I assure you we did not. We had a wonderful visit with our family during this vacation trip and that certainly outweighs the problems with this rental but please be forewarned that the owners and managers are not honest people. Do a through walkthrough and document any issues the day you arrive

To our future guests, please read the reviews we’ve received over the last 3 years. We are fortunate to have hosted so many wonderful families . Sadly this guest caused damage in our home and we held her accountable, so we expected the kind of review that she submitted.
