Located between Deer Valley Resort and Main St., this 3 bedroom townhome includes open vaulted ceilings, wooden planked flooring, stacked rock fireplace, designer furnishings and private hot tub. Excellent open floor plan for friends and family entertaining. Granite slab breakfast bar enhances kitchen area. Great custom bunk beds. Enjoy being in town with easy access to skiing, restaurants, hiking trails.

Kitchen: Separated from living room/dining area by counter/bar, granite counters, hardwood flooring. Extremely well equipped with high end cookware and utensils. Side-by-side refrigerator with ice dispenser.

Dining Room: Dining area adjoins kitchen and living room; table seating for 6, plus w bar chairs for casual dining at the kitchen counter.

Living room: New leather queen sleeper sofa, comfy chair and ottoman, HDTV.

Bedrooms-
Master: King bed, goose down comforter and down blanket, flat screen TV with premium cable, DVD, two clock radios with iPhone dock, large walk-in closet, adjoining bathroom with double vanity, jetted tub.
Second: King bed, down comforter and blanket, flat screen TV and clock radio with iPhone dock, full bathroom just outside in the hallway (shared with third bedroom).
Third: Custom bunk beds with a queen on the bottom and twin on the top. Flat screen TV with cable service. Clock radio with iPhone dock. full bathroom just outside in the hallway (shared with second bedroom).

Cozy and close to slopes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was cozy, clean, quiet, had everything we needed. Parking was easy in the shared garage with the elevator near our unit's entrance. The hot tub was nice after a long day of skiiing, kitchen had everything we needed, the master bedroom was very comfortable with beautiful views of the mountains. The guest bedrooms are on the 3rd floor, which we didn't know when we booked it so it is a bit of a trek up two flights of stairs. Our guests complained it was too hot on the 3rd floor and the thermostat would reset itself to 70 degrees every night but other than that, the entire experience was very nice. It isn't really close enough to walk to the lifts, but a 5 minute drive to the lifts, restaurants, grocery, etc.

Was Satisfactory but Expected More for the Money

Fireplace did not work, disposal backed up and upstairs lighting was very poor but overall property was in generally good shape.

Nice place/location poor host communication

I should have been worried when I never once heard from the host once we messaged them on the Vrbo app before our stay. This behavior from the host continued before, during and after our stay. The rental unit is very nice in a great location. However, the check in system was very difficult as we had to call several different numbers we found on the building to get the access code to the unit. As the flooring was DANGEROUSLY slippery (we think they used furniture varnish, not floor polish), we all fell down several times on the stairs and floor. We wanted to communicate with the host via the app about this dangerous floor condition, but the host continued to ghost us. We spoke with the building’s caretaker and he said this ghosting was typical behavior from the host and other vrbos in the area. I want to reiterate that the location was great but we never once got a hold of the host before, during and after our stay which is why we cannot recommend staying at the location.

Decent Location, nice place, a bit small for 8/9

Overall good experience. The location was just a 10 min walk from downtown park city and in a nice neighborhood. Bus stop about 3 min walk away. The condo lacked kitchen needs- extra trash bags, spices, etc so be prepared to bring some. Wouldn’t recommend booking for 8/9 as the living room and kitchen gets pretty tight. Dishwasher also is super small for cooking for big groups.

Great place! Great Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed here for the week and had a great time. The location is great for both Park City and Deer Valley. The shuttle for Deer Valley was easy to get to and return from. We walked to downtown Park City it crazy snow and it still was not a bad trip. It snowed a ton while we were there so we did not drive much, but having underground parking was a great thing. The drive can be steep getting up to the condo from either side of the street but in normal weather conditions it would be totally fine. We had a 4WD vehicle with not great tires and were still fine in snowy and icy conditions. The only thing that could be fixed is the lower bunk in the upstairs bedroom needs some support beams at the head and feet area b/c the mattress sinks. This is an easy fix and once they do it all will be fine. Also, I would only recommend the top bunk for older kids - it can be a little high to get up there.

Beautiful, cozy and close to the slopes

The property was perfect for our ski trip with friends. Conveniently located within walking distance of Main Street and the town lift. The fireplace and hot tub were wonderful to come back to after a day on the mountain.

Solid stay

The house was overall very comfortable and cozy and great location to either deer valley or park city lifts with the shuttle very close. We loved the fireplace and hot tub (though noticed it cooled off a bit when in use). The kitchen was pretty small and most pots and pans were scratched - would be nice to upgrade those a bit and provide some more Tupperware for cooking / saving meals. The lower bed for the bunk room was a bit saggy. Biggest issue was that we didn’t seem to get clear instructions on how to get into the property - it was resolved when we called but made for a stressful arrival late at night. Would recommend just double checking that Alpine Ski sent the right paperwork / info.

Lovely getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was a wonderful mini-getaway for my immediate family over Thanksgiving. The main appeal in booking it was the private hot tub (which we used daily!), but we were impressed with how cozy and clean the condo as a whole was.The directions to get from the property office to the condo were not great (it didn't give an actual address to plug into GPS), so we did have a bit of confusion getting there but that ended up being a minor distraction in an otherwise wonderful weekend.Note that this condo is 3 stories, with the master suite on level 2 and the other 2 bedrooms on level 3. This was fine for my family, but could pose a problem for anyone who has issues with climbing stairs.We loved the location of this condo! One night we walked down to Main Street for dinner; it was wonderful to walk off those dinner calories on the way home!

Great location near Park City Mountain, Deer Valley, and Main St Park City

Overall great. There is the extra step of having to go to the property management office to check in, but not a big deal. We enjoyed it a lot and would consider staying here again.

Great place, decent walk to town, easy shuttle pickup, nice beds, easy parking

The location is great and easily accessible to town. Lots of space (we had 7 adults). Kitchen is well equipped. Check in was very easy and welcome bag was a nice touch. Some cleanliness issues (e.g., food crumbs in the sofa).

Cozy place, great beds, hosts are always quick and helpful

Pros: - The hosts are very responsive, welcoming and helpful which is greatly appreciated; - They place is clean and well maintained; - the hot tub is a welcome addition especially after a day of skiing in single digit temperatures. - We stayed for a little over a week which means there are in between cleans done which is a welcoming addition. - All the beds are really great in size and comfort. - hot tub and gas fire place are user friendly. Cons: - We were a group of 4 adults and 3 kids, which fitted fine but would recommend it for a slightly smaller group due to the kitchen size and the 2nd bedroom with a kingsize bed has a wooden bed frame with protruding corners that you’re bound to bump into a couple of times due to the size and shape of the room; - Make sure you either shower in the morning or late afternoon because we did had a cold shower in the evening a couple of times. We presumed because it’s part of a community property that might all share the same boiler?

Excellent place to stay for a ski vacation

This is an excellent and very charming property great for a large family or a group of friends. Loved everything about the property, including the layout of the house, high quality of furnishings, ease of excess from the garage, privacy, comfort and close proximity to the Deer Valley resort. Would definitely love to stay again.
