The 4BRs are all thoughtfully furnished and decorated giving Guests a feeling of authentic Mexican culture without sacrificing any of the expected comforts that one might expect in a high-end accommodation.
Guest Access:
It is important to note that while this location offers ample charm, it is a bit more remote. Guests will need to get a rental car to get to/from the property and an SUV or larger build with high clearance is recommended.
The good news is that once you're on site, you will have no reason to leave other than the occasional trip to the beach, local surf spot, or day-time shopping or night out on the town in Todos Santos.
The homeowner is also a leading Realtor in the area and is happy to provide recommendations, insights on local events, and in-home services such as yoga and meditation to make this a 1/1 experience.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the affluent Gavilan neighborhood of Pescadero which is currently one of the odds-on favorites to emerge as the next up-and-coming luxury community in Baja outside of Los Cabos.
For now, however, you will get all the charm without the crowds making this the perfect semi off-the-grid escape.
Expect quiet nights with endless stars overhead, as this is one of the premier locations for star gazing without the light pollution of more populous parts of Baja.
Getting Around:
The property is roughly 100km (65 miles) from SJD International Airport. and a rental car is necessary.
An AWD or 4x4 vehicle is also recommended for the unpaved roads throughout Baja including the access road to this home.
Other Things to Note:
You will be asked to sign a DocuSign acknowledging house rules--please remember that pool cleaning and gardener is on Thursdays!
All rentals for 5 days or more will have a mid week cleaning.
No children under 12 years of age or pets are permitted in this home.
