Our 3rd floor condo has a private balcony, overlooking the beautiful ocean and the newly renovated sparkling pool!

This condo comes fully equipped with everything you need for a peaceful beach getaway.

Beach:
Want to hit the beach? Our unit is mere steps away from the sand. We have beach towels, two chairs, a boogie board, pool noodles, beach umbrella and even a wagon to tote everything down to the beach!

Pools:
There are two pools in the complex. Both are oceanfront and newly renovated.

Parking:
Free parking on site.
Note: trailers are not allowed on property. Message us for nearby options.

Sleeping arrangements:
2 comfortable queen size beds (one is a murphy bed that folds up when not in use, to utilize the most living space during the day). There is also a futon that folds out to accommodate one more guest.

Entertainment:
Cable TV with Roku and free WIFI. Board games and puzzles for nights and rainy days. Beach toys for the kids.

Kitchen:
Fully stocked with a nice size refrigerator, toaster oven, toaster and a two-burner electric cooktop. We also have a blender for frozen drink lovers that really hit the spot on a hot beach day! Coffee lover? We have a Keurig with a variety of kcup flavors and creamer cups to make that perfect cup of Java! Not a coffee drinker? We have an electric tea kettle and assorted tea bags as well!

Bathroom:
Beautifully upgraded tile shower with built-in seat and handheld shower nozzle with 6 settings and 5ft hose. Fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and BIG fluffy towels.

Keep cool:
In addition to the air conditioner, there are fans in every room to maximize comfort on hot Florida days!

Disabled accessibility:
The front entrance is 35 inches wide as well as the balcony door. However, the door to the bathroom is 23 inches wide. There is a built in seat in the shower. The South pool has a chair hoist for assistance. There is a diner located on property, Adam’s Egg, that offers a delicious breakfast and lunch including a full bar with endless mimosas!

We are a short 15 minute walk from Sun Splash Park. It is a handicap accessible park with a fresh water splash pad, playground, grills, and restrooms with showers. It is oceanfront and has parking available for a fee.

We are less than two miles away from Daytona Lagoon Water Park and The Ocean Center (which hosts hundreds of exciting events year round) and only one mile from Daytona Boardwalk and Pier that is bustling with fun activities for the whole family all year long.
