Enjoy boating, jet skiing (nearby rentals), fishing, swimming, kayaking, relax & adore the beautiful view on the porch or at the fire pit making S'more:) 2 bedrooms have walk out balcony facing the gorgeous lake view.

The space

Great place for kids to have fun and enjoy. One of the few properties on the lake which has a small beach for kids to play on. Kids will also love making s'mores and singing at the campfire using the karaoke machine.

House Rules:
-Anyone swimming, using the kayaks, or floating swim rings is a USE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND MUST WEAR A LIFE JACKET! We have done our best to provide a variety of life jackets and sizes, but we can not guarantee a fit for everyone. Therefore, use of our life jackets is at your risk also.You could buy life jackets from nearby Walmart.
-CHILDREN outside should be supervised at all times.
-We hope that you enjoy the outdoors—food, drinks, cigars :) on the porch, but we ask that you keep things quiet and music low after 10:00pm out of respect for neighbors around.

-Please do not bring pets. We love animals, but we recognize the issues related to pet dander/allergies and cleanliness. Evidence of a pet in the house could result in a deduction of the security deposit.
-Please do not smoke inside the house. We are doing our best to keep our home smoke free for guests who are prone to allergies.
-We have a circle drive so please park in the driveway. No street parking.
