We at Owner Direct Vacation Rentals are so happy to hear that you enjoyed the condo. The North Tower @ Barefoot Resort is a great place to stay! The condos are very spacious and the views of the Intracoastal Waterway are so relaxing. Watching the fireworks from the balcony in the summer is definitely an added bonus. North Tower does offer the largest saline pool in South Carolina and it's only a short drive to the beach where there is plenty of free public parking. Thank you for staying with us at North Tower 309, I see that you are accustomed to AirBnB rentals or hotels where they have daily housekeeping and replenishment. We are a private company and we do provide you with a starter kit to get you by till you can get to the store to purchase what you prefer, our website for owner direct vacation rentals states a starter kit. Thank you again for staying with us and we hope you enjoyed some of your time here at the beach.

Thank you for your feedback -- positive and negative critiques are greatly appreciated so that we can improve our property management. Our housekeeping department and the owner will gladly review the details mentioned and make improvements. The pest control "notice" provided at check-in for all guests, is meant to cover every community, complex, house or condo, so that guests will be aware of contracted vendors / service technicians that might knock on the door for scheduled treatment. This is NOT an indiciation of pest problems but a notification for guests that preventative treatment is on-going and legitimate reason for someone to be at the property. We would have hoped to hear from you if you saw any pests so that we could reach out to the HOA for additional treatments. It is important in communal living situations that all units participate in treatment services for the benefits to work. Thank you again for sharing details.
