The living room is very comfortable and has a large Flat screen TV to enjoy your favorite shows. The kitchen has been renovated with all the bells and whistles that you will love when you are cooking your favorite meals. The dining area has plenty of seating and is perfect for family meals.

There are two primary suites with adjoining primary baths and the other two bedrooms have their own bathrooms as well so everyone has privacy. There is a king bed in the 1st Primary suite and Two Queens in the 2nd Suite with its own private balcony. The 3rd bedroom has two queens and the 4th has a King too. All of the bathrooms have been updated too. The bedrooms all have flat screen TVs as well. There is a washer and dryer in the property so you can do your laundry any time you need to.

There are great views of the Marina and the Intracoastal Waterway and the large resort style pool area from the balconies. This is the perfect home away from home for your vacation! Walk over to the Marina Bar for cocktails or a bite to eat at the end of the day. Or check out the many shops, restaurants and attractions at Barefoot Landing. The House of Blues, Alabama Theater and Alligator Adventure has many shows to choose from. The beach is right down the street and there is even a free shuttle that runs in the summer that will drop you off at the beach access.

Barefoot Landing has fireworks every Monday night in the summer and you can watch them right from the balconies in your condo. You will love this place!

This property is non-smoking and no pets allowed. Barefoot Resort Properties do not allow motorcycles, buses, RVs, boats, golf carts or trailers. No gas or charcoal grills permitted. There is a grill area onsite. Please do not throw anything off the balconies! Garbage Chutes on every floor.
