C4 Amelia South: A spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo in Fernandina Beach

Welcome to C4 at Amelia South — your perfect home away from home! We're dedicated to ensuring your vacation is as enjoyable and memorable as possible. As you step into our condo, the first thing you'll notice is the stunning ocean view—just what you came for!

Located on the 4th floor (with elevator access), this beautifully redecorated and freshly painted 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit (renovated in August 2019) comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The Master Bedroom features a king-size bed and a sliding glass door that opens onto the private balcony, while the Guest Bedroom is furnished with two double beds. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV, and the Living Room boasts a new 55” flat-screen TV. For added convenience, there is a keyless entry system for the front door.

The kitchen, along with both the Master and Guest bathrooms, were fully renovated in 2014. This unit also includes a washer and dryer, FREE wireless internet, cable TV (with premium movie channels), and a phone for local calls.

For your beach days, we've provided a porch closet stocked with chairs, umbrellas, a raft, and a wagon to easily transport these items to and from the shore. Just bring your own beach towels! Please note, the sliding door from the Master Bedroom to the balcony is sealed—only the main patio door is functional.

To access the beach, you can use the gate leading from the pool deck. . You'll need a key fob for entry to both the beach and pool, which will be left on your unit's kitchen counter upon arrival.. Please note that the gate may lock after 10 p.m., and any items left on the beach overnight will be removed by the City of Fernandina Beach.

The complex offers an array of amenities, including a large pool with patio furniture, private balconies for each unit, North and South elevators, and a security gate at the back entrance to the beach. Each unit is assigned two parking spaces, and a parking permit will be issued at check-in. For those who enjoy biking, there are bike racks available (please note bikes are not included).

Golf:
This unit C-4 is just minutes away from the Fernandina Beach Golf Club, Amelia River Golf Club, and the Golf Club of Amelia Island. The Golf Club of Amelia Island is a few miles down the road, located next to the Ritz-Carlton hotel.

Fort Clinch is one of the most well-preserved 19th century forts in the country. Fort Clinch Florida State Park is located on a peninsula near the northernmost point of Amelia Island, along the Amelia River. Its 1,100 acres include the Fort, sand dunes, plains, maritime hammock, and estuarine tidal marsh. It is a great place for viewing wildlife, fishing, shelling, hiking, surfing, and bicycling.

Nightlife:
If you enjoy the nightlife, several places immediately come to mind. The Green Turtle Tavern, they serve cocktails & bar snacks served in a laid-back spot with live bands, porch seats & a beach-house vibe. The Palace Saloon is a Historic pre-Prohibition bar with mosaic floors & painted murals offering cocktails with live music. They have bar games, happy hour drinks, and fast service. For Adults only, take a Twilight BYOB River Cruise and relax to a local musician as the sun sets cruising the Amelia River.
Shopping:
Twisted Sisters is a Women's Boutique, they have a large selection of cotton clothing and home décor. If you like Shopping for Antique Furniture, the Antique Malls is the place to go. You could spend hours walking thru, Trailer Park Collectables. If you are available on Saturday, check out the Farmers Market; in addition to locally grown produce, you will find arts and crafts made by local artists. On Centre Street In Downtown Amelia Island is the place for window shopping.
Gift Shops:
Alvin's Island – located at 1575 Sadler Rd - A Souvenir store, with a variety of items from beach clothing and toys to suntan lotions and oils, to live hermit crabs.
The Cinnamon Bear Country Store is a souvenir and gift shop, it has clothing, and everyone's favorite, Ice Cream.

Restaurants:
The Surf – located at 3199 S. Fletcher Ave (right across the street) They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner with both inside/outside dining. Chose from Surf Baskets (seafood and chicken with your choice of fries or coleslaw), poke bowls, fish tacos, Surf Famous Crab Soup, a variety of salads, burgers and organic smoothie bowls.
The Salty Pelican Bar & Grill - located in Downtown Fernandina at 12 N Front Street, overlooking the Amelia River. They serve lunch and dinner with a variety of fish and seafood including raw, broiled, and fried oysters as well as peel and eat shrimp. They also have burgers, sandwiches, crab cakes and much more.
Brett's Waterway Café – located in Downtown Fernandina at 1 S. Front Street overlooking the Fernandina Harbor and marina on the Amelia River – open for lunch and dinner. It's a great place to watch the sunset. They have indoor/outdoor dining featuring excellent seafood, steaks, and fish tacos. inside and out, they have excellent seafood, steaks, and fish taco's.
Tasty's Fresh Burgers – located at 710 Centre St – open for lunch and dinner. Their burgers are Tasty all the way. They have a variety of burgers and a variety of different types of seasoned French fries. They also have an assortment of milkshakes.
T-Ray's Burger Station – located at 202 S. 8th St – open for breakfast and lunch. They serve a variety of breakfast sandwiches, omelets, and pancakes. Their lunch menu includes burgers, sandwiches, salads and crab cakes.
Moon River Pizza – located at 925 S. 14th St. – open for lunch and dinner – Closed Sunday – Serving Pizza, salads, calzones and pizza by the slice.
Arte Pizza – located at 109 N. 3rd St. – opens at 4:00 pm – Serving wood-fired pie pizza, salads, eggplant parmigiana and much more.
Salt Life Food Shack - located at 17N Fletcher Ave at Main Beach - Open for lunch and diner - indoor/outdoor dining on both the first and second floors include outdoor fireplaces and teaky torches. Choose from a wide variety of appetizers from Bahamian fish chowder to Avocado fries. They have a raw bar, sushi, salads, street tacos, burgers, poke bowls, fresh fish and mainland favorites.
Sliders Seaside Grill – located at 1998 S. Fletcher Ave. Check website for hours of operation. They serve steak, seafood, shrimp & grits, on the first floor and Mexican food on the second floor. Part of the second-floor balcony overlooks the ocean, beer garden, and has live music in the evening. This is just a few minutes driving distance form the condo.
Fantastic Fudge – located at 218 Centre St – open 10 am – 9 pm - Ice Cream and fudge shop with a variety of candy to choose from.
Nana Teresa's Bake Shop – 13 N. 3rd St. A must visit bakery serving cup cakes, cookies, brownies, bars, cheese cake pies and ice cream.

Churches:
A few of the local churches are; First Baptist Church Fernandina Beach, St. Michaels Catholic Church, Memorial United Methodist Church, St. Peters Episcopal Church, Prince of Peace Lutheran Church and First Presbyterian Church.
