This gorgeous home is located in one of the most sought-after areas in Cape Coral called Peninsula Pointe, near Cape Harbor. Very close to grocery and other shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities. Tasteful, stylish and comfortable décor includes 3 full bedrooms and bathrooms plus a fourth room with sofa bed (and bathroom/shower right next door); wall-mounted flat screen TVs in all bedrooms (smart tv in main room); full gourmet kitchen with gas range, oven and SubZero refrigerator and freezer; formal dining room; in-kitchen informal dining for 6; and topped off by a large patio, outdoor heated pool and spa area! Additional amenities include a home gym with dry sauna. Nearly all rooms offer view of waterfront which is across from the protected Florida Mangroves. Wildlife viewing is fantastic from the master bedroom, kitchen and dock area. Home is close to Sanibel Island (30-minute drive, or less by boat); Naples (less than an hour by car). Bicycles and tandem kayak available at house for nominal charge. Special rates for 28 days or more at 10%. Rent Saturday to Saturday; min 7 nights, in weekly increments, exceptions considered. Renters pay electricity per usage above $50/per week at $0.14 kwh. No pets please. All bedrooms are on second floor. Large dock accommodates guest boat or boat rental tie-up. The boat lift is available at this time.

We had a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful home! It has everything you can possibly think of! Hot tub, pool, sauna, weight room, and the sunsets are Amazing!! Beautiful big kitchen with every kitchen item you can imagine! Wonderful communication with owners and property managers! We would stay here again for sure!!

Boat traffic bonanza

This beauhome is right on main canal and all boats in a very large area come by on way to gulf. So fun to watch

Egolf Family Winter Vacation

This was the second year for us at this wonderful house. We absolutely love this beautiful property. Our kids and grandkids visit during their spring breaks. They love the pool, the dock for fishing and the canal. This year we saw dolphins, manatees, and the kids caught sting rays from the dock. Amazing family time. Julie is so accommodating if we had any concerns or questions. Every concern was addressed quickly and she made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Our family loves this vacation home!

Christmas vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The house was super clean and very spacious. The outside was amazing with the pool, hot tub and canal access. We had fun fishing and just relaxing outside. Julie was so kind and thoughtful. She made herself easily accessible should any issues arise. This home did not disappoint :)

Definitely a must for vacationers

Julie the owner was very responsive and fantastic to deal with. The house was spotless, pool area was fantastic. We will definitely stay there again if we travel back to Cape Coral.

Annual trip to Florida

We try and stay in this location most of time when we come down. The house was perfect, great wild life looking to the west no houses across the canal. Great house to stay at.

Awesome house, great stay!

I thought it was very clean, a great location. Quiet and easy access to everything. Recommend you rent a boat and find some great beaches. Pool and hot tub were a hit.

Property was clean and exactly as listed. Kitchen was well stocked. Owners went above and beyond with communication and helping with minor issues. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place!

This is our second time staying in this home and we love it! The house is just amazing and in a great location on the canal..... love watching the boats go by and Cape Harbour is just around the corner with a beautiful marina, yummy restaurants and quaint shops. A pleasure to work with the owner and property management staff. We will definitely be back again and I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Property

We spent a wonderfully relaxing week at this special home. Much of our time was spent in the back, poolside or on the dock, and is was a picture perfect escape from the New England winter. Julie was so helpful & responsive. I’d love to rent this home again in the future.

Great location, large home.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. The home is in a great area. The kids enjoyed the pool every night and we loved watching all the boats come by. We even rented a boat as the boat dock was very convenient and nice. This was our first time in the 11 years we’ve been to Cape Coral renting a boat as the boat dock made this seem so inviting. A great family vacation.

Cape Coral Dream Vacation

This property was everything we needed for our month long vacation and more. We had everything we needed in this beautiful home. We relaxed in the pool and hot tub and fished off the dock. Our grandkids came during their spring breaks and were easily entertained with the amenities this property provided. Julie was fantastic to work with, checked on us to make sure all was fine. We loved our stay so much we rented it for next year.

Beautiful and relaxing

This was our second stay at this property. It was beautiful, and has very nice updates to the home. The family loves the pool--they were in there right away each day. We caught fish off the dock and kayaked in the canal. It was a relaxing week. Love this house!

Work and fun

Great home in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Cape Coral. Pool was great as well as the sauna. My wife and I started each day with a couple mile walk and came back to private gym and dry sauna. The kitchen was fully equipped. Plenty of room for 3 couples or a family. Working by the pool or on the dock is a huge treat coming out of the cold. Highly recommend this property.

A wonderful getaway!

What a beautiful home! The pictures don't do it justice. It was in a beautiful neighborhood and decorated so lovely. The backyard and views were awesome. The home had everything you needed and so much more. The homeowners and management company were great to work with. We barely left because we had so much fun there enjoying the pool and dock area. We ended up booking a return trip before we even left. Lots of great restaurants, shopping and things to see and do. Perfect location! Highly recommend! Thank you Julie!

Christmas vacation

This house was a fabulous find! Six adults, two children, and one baby left the cold snowy land of WI and traveled to FL for a week long stay in this wonderfully appointed home. The owners were so accommodating and easy to work with-they even bought a pack and play for our unexpected third child! The pool and hot tub were used everyday and we enjoyed eating out on the back deck nightly. We couldn't have asked for better weather (80+ everyday). We rented a boat and enjoyed many lunches aboard it while discovering different cities and much sealife! Excellent location-we felt safe day and night. Perfect location for running, biking and walking as well. Absolutely perfect vacation! We would recommend staying here to everyone!!

Best Vacation House

I recommend this house to anyone considering it - what a great find! This house is a beautiful executive waterfront home in a safe and upscale community. This vacation home was perfect for working remote during the day as well as entertaining. Every morning we enjoyed breakfast out by the huge pool followed by daily boat trips to visit Cabbage Island, Picnic Island and Captiva Island. We enjoyed bird watching from the dock and were so thrilled to experience several dolphin sightings while out boating. This vacation house also had a workout room that allowed us to continue with our workout routine. We were also very pleased with the restaurant selections which we could travel to via car or boat. Every night ended with star gazing in the hot tub. After renting this home, I don't think I'll ever want to stay in a hotel again.

Beautiful home with all the amenities

Our family loved staying here. The home was picture perfect. We enjoyed kayaking in the canal, biking, swimming, using the hot tub, fishing off the dock and relaxing in the gorgeous home. Every morning I had coffee on the dock. It was so much fun to see all the wildlife across the canal. The home was centrally located to all the activities we had planned - we barely needed a car. The manager and owner were so kind and welcoming. They were available whenever needed, but gave us privacy. The beds were so comfortable. Our teenagers had their own bedrooms and bathrooms (which made for a peaceful vacation!). We loved grilling healthy meals every day. All the fun things we could do in this home brought us closer together as a family, but then we also had plenty of room to spread out when we needed our space. This was the most beautiful home we have stayed in on vacation! We will be back!!

Great location and house

We stayed there for a week during Thanksgiving. Pros: Great quiet location. Very nice house. High end appliances and furniture. Great outdoor kitchen area with grill, seating station and side burner. Well stocked. Lots of towels. Nice bedding. Plenty of kitchen stuff. Blender. We cooked thanksgiving dinner there and had everything we needed. Julie, the host was very responsive and let us check in early. Very friendly. Nice pool and hot tub too. Fishing gear and a crab trap if you’re interested. Bikes available as is a kayak for an extra rental fee. We wound up not using the kayak because we rented a boat for the week instead. Great dock area to hang out and enjoy the canal. Cons: some of the appliances as other items are starting to show to show age. The down draft fan for the cooktop didn’t work. You have to use a lighter (provided) to light the grill. Biggest issue was that 3 boards were missing from the dock. We found 2 laid to the side and put them in place but one on the dock itself was missing. A few planks are a little soft. Some of the games for the PlayStation don’t work because they’re no longer compatible but that was not a big deal to us. TVs are old enough that you can’t use apps to watch Netflix, etc so you just have to do basic cable. Overall We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. The place gets a solid A.

Beautiful home-home was overlooked and not kept clean.

Inside of home was dusty, fridge was not cleaned, ice In fridge had black particle in it, found a dead lizard in the kitchen and there were small bugs crawling in the entranceway. We also had a few cobwebs on the walls in the corners id the kitchen with dead spiders . And there wasn’t a toaster so we went to buy one to jelly the owners from having to send someone to buy one. Pool did not heat up properly. When we called to ask for help to heat up the pool since it was end of January and we wanted to swim, we were told to pull out the solar cover, which was filthy in a box in the garage, and clean it and put it over the pool. Hot tub lights did not work. The landscaping around the back and front of the home was a mess, not maintained until we called and asked for it to be cleaned as well as the home. Needed to be cleaned. Two deflated pool rafts were left on the back patio which didn’t deflate and should’ve been thrown away. They were filthy and left there. Large palm tree leaves were everywhere in the backyard and pool covering the walkway to the dock and we had to move them ourselves to get To the dock. These are all things that should’ve been done before we got there. We were told by property managers and owners that the home had not been rented for a while due to covid so that is why these things were overlooked. So in my eyes, don’t rent it until you make sure everything is in working order. The renters shouldn’t have to be calling the owners and property managers, every day, but we did. The home should’ve been immaculate before we arrived. Beautiful home, poorly maintained. We actually paid for two weeks and left before one week ended and found a beautiful home down the road to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Property owners and property managers communicated but no follow through. Took forever to ge your money back for the toaster and of course we didn’t not get any refund back on the 9 days that we vacated the premises. Thank goodness we were fortunate enough to to find another home to rent and left. We had a beautiful rest of our vacation at another 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with a working pool and hot tub on the water.

Pool and Hot Tub Grotto are spectacular!

We loved staying at this home in Peninsula Point, so peaceful! The home has a lot of character and we just loved the patio, gorgeous pool hot tub grotto and the dock area! Everything was top notch from the kitchen and laundry appliances to the beautiful master bedroom suite which takes up the whole side of the house. We really enjoyed the neighborhood and had fun watching the boats traveling the canal. Definitely would like to return!

Great Master Suite

The master bedroom suite was very impressive. Very nice pool and hot tub. One of the best neighborhoods in Cape Coral. Very enjoyable stay.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We bought this property as a place both of our families could go to relax and vacation. During the times we are not here, we want to share it with you. We are not 'property managers'. This is our only second home and we want to share it with you.

We can easily sum up how we all feel about it: we never want to leave when it's time to go home and every trip look into changing our flights and work schedules!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Palm Villa provides the perfect opportunity for a family vacation for 1 or 2 families; girls or guys getaway or romantic holidays. Frequently visited by infants and small children too. Cape Coral and this area of the Gulf offers everything from boating and fishing, golfing to birdwatching, and sightseeing or just relaxing and reading a book by the pool or on the dock. It's also a very quiet place. Local laws/ restrictions do not allow us to offer the home for events, parties or gatherings of more than 10.
