Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment on Alamitos Bay

This unique 2 bedroom apartment (4-plex) is one of the most desired properties in Long Beach! Experience the "beachy side" of life in this one of a kind, water front home. Wake up every morning to a breath taking view of Alamitos Bay, with a view like this one it's impossible to have a bad day!

Each private room has a queen sized bed, an alarm clock and extra blankets, sheets and pillows so you can sleep in complete comfort.  The front bedroom has a 48" TV with Direct TV and Netflix. The "Green Room" has a great selection of books for you that you'll love!

The living room has a sofa that can be converted in to a queen size bed with a temporpedic mattress. It also has a large TV that is hooked up to DirectTV and Netflix.

There is also a deck upstairs with a great BBQ,!

Belmont Shore is one of the best towns in southern California! We are located on the boarder of both Los Angeles County and Orange County, so you get the best of both worlds! You have the option of hanging out on the Bay or the beach! And have an easy traveling time to zoo's, museums, theme parks and more!

Great location and reasonable price

The property was perfectly located for family visiting us. The apartment had a good amount of space to eat dinner together and relax in the living room in the evenings. Only drawback was the cleanliness could have been better- felt like there was a layer of dust on everything and the bathroom had some hair on the floor and in the shower area.

Talk about a view and location! Best place!

Loved being able to walk everywhere! You can park your car and never have to drive it. Walk tot he beach, great restaurants, coffee and people watching. The place is clean and everyone involved with the place was so nice! Highly recommended staying here! We will be back!

Wonderful rental

We had a great stay. It's very close to 2nd Street with tons of shops and restaurants and right across the street from a canal which was fascinating to watch. Our dog was right at home as most people in this area have dogs.

We had an amazing stay. The Seabreeze coming from the canal in front is wonderful. Restaurants are aplenty. The owner of the property responded immediately to questions regarding internet access. We have a very old dog that we take everywhere and this property is pet friendly. Would go back anytime.

Great Pet Friendly Stay

Overall, we had a great stay. Erin was a fantastic host with many nice touches that went a long way and were greatly appreciated like having pastries waiting for us, water bottles, toiletries (shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion/and more!), beach towels, access to a picnic table on the dock across the street, sand toys for the kids, etc. She was very available & responsive to any questions or needs we had and gave us space & privacy even though she lives right upstairs. Check In was so easy because you don't even need a key, just a door code. She had iPhone docks and Hey Google set up and a TV in the living room & master bedroom...Only 1 small Bathroom to share, but it worked for us. The only downside (for us) was that there was NO AIR CONDITIONING, which is typical of a lot of older houses in Long Beach, as we used to live there ourselves, but we are so used to having our A.C. on constantly now, it was a bit hot for us--but there are ceiling fans in bedrooms and a stand up fan in living room. Also because it's a Pet Friendly place, there was dog hair on furniture, floor, the welcome mat, etc. but I know that's hard to avoid with pets in and out. All in all, it was a fun little retreat for the long weekend with our kids.

The perfect little getaway for our family of 4.

Our Arizona Family of 4 needed a break from the hot desert Summer. We decided on this place in Belmont Shores near Long Beach; and we were glad we did. We like to walk, ride bikes, and skate around the beach towns we vacation; and this spot let us take in the entire area with shops, restaurants, and all sorts of fun activities within a short walk or bike ride from the property. Erin was a terrific host, and helped us with anything we needed. The house is pretty bare bones, but it has a fresh look and newer furniture, so the place was warm and inviting (including some snacks Erin left for us as we arrived). We would absolutely go back next time we decide to visit in this area.

This was a great experience. It was our first VRBO ever and it was seamless.

The only downside was we didn’t realize there was no air conditioning. We are from Phoenix, Arizona and acustom to air-conditioning for sleeping. It really wasn’t that hot and there were fans in every room.

Lovely home, great location

We had a wonderful time staying here. Great location where we were able to just walk to all the shops and restaurants on 2nd street. Very nice and friendly host. We would definitely stay here again next time in Long Beach.

Perfect location!

My husband and I spent a week at this Belmont Shores rental. The location could not be more perfect! It is on the water with its own dock... perfect for having drinks and watching the sunset or just enjoying a meal. The sidewalk out front will lead you directly to the start of the beach path. It is a 10 minute walk or a five minute jog or bike ride... so convenient! The best part about this location is that it is in a quiet, peaceful, beautiful neighborhood. It is far enough away from Ocean Avenue and Second Street that you don't get any of the noise or busyness but close enough to easily walk to either local. The house itself is very comfortable, tastefully decorated, and had all the amenities you will need. It was spotless and we so appreciated the fresh fruit, coffee, and muffins that Erin provided. We instantly felt at home and cannot wait to return. We will definitely book again!

Fantastic home and location!

First visitors at this really nicely appointed home with everything (except food, of course) we needed to cook and grill our dinners at the home after fun days at the beach and exploring the area. Bedding was comfy, rooms even had essential oils and misters. Beach towels, chairs, and toys were provided as well! 2nd St and beaches were easy to walk to (and kayak to). Erin was accessible and helpful and we highly recommend this house and the one-bedroom next door!
