Villa Stella is located by the sea of Posidonia village or Dellagrazia as was the first name that was given by the first greek catholic habitats who lived there.The village has many old villas since it was a place where the upperclass of Hermoupolis used to spend summer holidays in the end of 19th beg 20th century.Hermoupolis is 11 klm far from Posidonia. The house is built on a hill about 50 mtr away from the sea in a very quiet place. It is located among three beautiful sandy beaches.Its a two floor buiding with wide verandas and gardens all around. The ground floor consists of one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen and two living rooms The 1st floor consist of 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and one living room. A wooden stairway connects the two floors. Five minutes walking from the beach of Agathopes that is fully organized with café bar and is also five minutes by car from the beach of Komito and next to the quiet little beach of Fetouris.On the way to Finikas which is the closest village (5 minutes by car) there is the beach of Sousouni the only proper one for windsurfing. In Finikas there is super market,medicine store, restaurants,bakery,café,and a beautiful sandy beach.In Posidonia you can find bakery, kiosk,little café and bistro.
