The space
Make Forever Memories at Our Peaceful Garden-Level Oasis
Welcome to your tropical getaway—an amazing, holistic garden-level unit perfectly positioned in front of the newly renovated lazy river pool and surrounded by lush green gardens. Designed for ultimate relaxation and connection, this family-friendly retreat at Aquatika invites you to forget all your worries and unwind in a peaceful, resort-style setting.
Resort Highlights:
Aquatika is a unique beachfront family resort offering exclusive access to a tranquil, semi-private beach just a short walk from the unit. The beach is typically less crowded than others in the area, making it the ideal spot to bask in the sun and enjoy the ocean breeze.
The complex features five spectacular pools—including the recently renovated lazy river pool directly in front of this unit—and three outdoor heated Jacuzzis, including an oversized hot tub. Children will love the newly remodeled Water Splash Park (April 2024), open daily from 9 AM–1 AM. The water slide operates on weekends from 9 AM–5 PM while a lifeguard is on duty.
Additional outdoor amenities include:
• Two playgrounds (one recently renovated)
• Mini golf pad
• Tennis, basketball, and beach volleyball courts
• Beautiful green spaces and walking paths
About the Unit:
This 1st-floor unit is located at the front of the complex, next to assigned parking spaces for easy access when carrying luggage or groceries. It’s also conveniently located near the tennis courts, mini golf, and splash pads for toddlers.
Indoor Features & Comforts:
• Free high-speed WiFi and local cable
• Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, coffee bar, toaster, cooking utensils, dishes, pots/pans, baking sheets, and more. Complimentary dishwashing liquid, sponge, and a roll of paper towel are provided.
• Washer & dryer in the laundry room with starter laundry pods
• Board games, tennis rackets, golf clubs, pool floats, beach chairs, and a small wheeled cooler for your enjoyment
Sleeping Arrangements:
• Master Bedroom: Queen bed, ensuite bathroom, dresser, and private (owner-locked) walk-in closet
• Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, nightstand, closet with hangers (partially locked for supply storage)
• Kids Bedroom: Two twin beds, closet with beach toys, pool accessories, and a pack-and-play crib
Each bedroom includes blackout shades and its own wall-mounted AC unit for personalized comfort.
Bathrooms (2 total): Recently remodeled, stocked with hand wash, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryers.
Linen & Essentials Provided:
• Freshly laundered beach and bath towels
• Bed linens, pillows, and blankets
• Starter set of basic toiletries and first aid kit
Convenient Shopping:
• A convenience store is located just outside the main gate
• Nearby Super Walmart offers grocery delivery
• For late arrivals, we recommend stopping by Pueblo Supermarket near the airport for fresh produce and international items
Parking:
• Two assigned parking spaces included FREE of charge
• Spaces are clearly labeled with the apartment number
Resort Access:
Resort wristbands are required for all guests and come at a flat rate of $80.00 for up to 6 guests for the entire stay. Additional guests will incur a separate fee, regardless of age.
Safety & Security:
The gated resort is monitored by 24/7 security guards on motorbikes for added peace of mind.

This unit is within close proximity to the tennis court, mini golf pad and adjacent to the lazy river pool, which is one of five amazing pools that make this complex a unique place to visit.

** Newly renovated Lazy River Pool located directly in front of this unit.
This tropical hidden paradise is located in the small quaint town of Loiza. It is located approximately 25 minutes east of the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport. It is a small traditional town rich in Afro-Puerto Rican cultural traditions. The Bomba dance is a traditional dance that originated in Loiza and dates back to the 17th century. Bomba is still widely practiced in PR, it is considered a heritage staple. Partly why this small dainty town is commonly referred to as the town where “tradition never dies.” There are dance rehearsals every Saturday at Puente Herrera showcased in our Guidebook that is only a 3-minute drive or quick brisk walk from the complex, so feel the beat, it is an electrifying experience you should not miss during your stay.
San Juan, Puerto Rico is a fairly short 35-minute drive from this complex and another major attraction is El Yunque, which is an approximate 15-20 minute east drive from the complex. We are so close to El Yunque that you can see its picturesque mountains from the complex and its lush green gardens. You will also spot plenty of parrots and butterflies on our grounds, it really is a true paradise you will never forget!
Disclaimer Note: Loss of power and/or water during your stay may occur due to natural occurrences or issues with local utility companies. Issues that are out of the host's control will be worked tediously by host; however, host will not be held accountable for such events. Peak hurricane season dates are 10-15 September, and hurricane season ends November 30th. The good news is that we have been very fortunate missing any major hurricanes last year (2024). However, as a precautionary measure consider travel insurance to be prepared during the season of 2025.
