This property is great for going to the beach daily as the access is about 100 yards away and you can wheel a wagon there. The property has a crock pot and large dining room table for a large family. The kitchen is small for a large group but stocked with ample tools and supplies needed for the first few days of trip. The oven doesn’t heat well but when it does it heats the entire living space and the digital clock/area you would see the temperature is difficult to read. There are three flights of stairs to get to the main living area which makes it difficult to bring up groceries and luggage so prepare for a workout. The main living area can get loud if you have children so prepare your ears. The views from the trex porches are beautiful and perfect for summer storms with deck chairs to enjoy being outside. There is one bathroom on the top floor/main living space and two in the second floor bedroom area. We liked that the living room and bedrooms were on two separate floors, it helped us be able to put kids to bed and continue our night BUT when someone is in the living room/main floor then you can hear them walking or moving when in bedrooms - so bring a sound machine. The master bedroom is huge but the other three rooms are small. It gets hot in the upstairs bedroom because you can’t have the fan on when sleeping on top bunk. The host was communicative. Overall, this was a great place and would recommend for a large family and perfect location.
