Beautiful ocean view!

The condo was perfect for our family and I loved there were two rooms with king/queen beds! The view of the beach from both bedrooms and access to the balcony from both bedrooms is why I would definitely rent this unit again. Host was amazing as well and answered all my questions quickly!

Topsail stay

Location is great, very short walk to the beach. It would be very helpful to clarify in the checkin emails that the condo is in Building 1.

Comfortable and on the beach

Condo was clean and comfortable. Location is lovely and quiet, although there aren’t many restaurants nearby. Beach access is wonderful. Pool was very crowded when we were there on a Sunday afternoon in June.

Great ocean view!

Condo was clean and comfortable, definitely worth the price we paid. The view of the ocean was amazing, even from the kitchen counter! Some wear and tear on cabinets, flooring, and some small issues with appliances, but a great stay overall.

Great condo for the week!

There were a few minor dings around the house, but that's expected in a rental home. The furniture was comfy, had all the kitchen necessities and start up toiletries were provided. This condo is in a great location for the beach, pool or touring the area.

We truly had a great time at this lovely beachfront condo. However, some attention is needed. Pros: Breathtaking View Beautifully Furnished Well Equipped Kitchen Cons: Horrible Wifi Connection Only the Apps on the Living Room TV connects Door Lock needs to be updated. Regardless, of the cons, I would visit again.

Love staying at The Regis in Topsail, but the condo this time wasn’t the best.

The condo was very nice and clean. Here are some suggestions:1) It would be helpful to have a book on how to work the T.V's. I could not change the volume on the living room TV.2) It would be helpful to tell people what to do with the left over food in the fridge when you leave.3) It would be nice to have "Rules" for the stay.Thank you.

Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful week long getaway with friends. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well supplied for dishes and such. Wished there were a few more lights on the switches but that’s minor in the grand scheme. Maintenance was quick to respond when we noticed that the tubs drained slowly, they were there quickly to clear the clogs. Overall it was an enjoyable week.

Had a great time but read on…

So, we had a great time. Spent two nights at this location. I read a lot of previous complaints about the AC not working. It worked ok for us… I would say be sure and close the blinds during the day as the condo gets a lot of natural (especially afternoon/evening) light. There were a few “maintenance “ sort of things that could be tended to. Nothing major - a blind missing a piece, a closet door needed repaired, the dryer was dented and you had to shut it hard to close it, tv in bedroom didn’t work right) My only actual complaint was that the fridge had a very strong fish smell. ( likely from a recent guest nothing a little baking soda wouldn’t fix) I would be cautious of renting if you are a particular person that wants a pristine accommodation, but for the price I liked the condo really well and wouldn’t have a problem spending a week here. The overall property and amenities were cool too. I don’t know when it was built but the building seems to have some age but overall I was very happy with our stay. PS Loved the pirate bar and grill downstairs… drinks to go.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the amenities that were not in good condition during your stay. Your comfort is our top priority, and we are always striving to ensure your vacation is satisfactory. According to our local staff, we are currently working with the homeowners to get items replaced or repaired in their units, such as the missing and broken blind slats. The closet door has been rehung, and there is baking soda in the fridge to help with the food smells. Someone from the team will assess the dryer door and TV upon our next inspection. We are grateful that you brought these matters to our attention, and we would be honored to have the opportunity to host you again soon.

Great potential but terrible service

We were so excited for this trip after driving all the way from NH but were sadly disappointed upon our arrival. While the home has great potential, we had several issues throughout our stay with zero support from Vacasa. There was an immediate foul smell throughout the entire unit. It had a strong scent of cat urine, especially in the master bedroom. We also never received the amenity key card that gave us access to the pool and gym. I immediately contacted Vacasa and had to follow up nearly every day. We finally had a representative stop in unannounced on the fourth day only to give us a single generic can of disinfectant. So much for the "professional cleaning" and "24/7 support" during our stay. We had to take it upon ourselves to purchase sprays, plug-ins, powders and vacuumed every day to help the smell dissipate. No one ever gave us the key card and our family was locked out of the gym and pool and we often found ourselves waiting for someone friendly enough to let us in. We requested help several times before requesting a partial refund and we've yet to hear from the local operations manager, as promised. Several guests/staff at St. Regis were not surprised to hear of our experience and dubbed Vacasa as a company not to use. Hopefully the owner of the home will take this review to heart.

We see that our team delivered a carpet-deodorizing pet odor blocker to treat the area where the smell was coming from. The carpets in the master bedroom have been professionally cleaned since then. We are very sorry the key card wasn't delivered during your stay and we have addressed this oversight with our team to ensure this does not happen again.
