Great view and comfy stay

Really enjoyed our time at the condo. Had plenty of space for our family of 4 and a nice little balcony with ocean front view.

Great weekend getaway.

Topsail Dunes is a great community to stay in. I was very pleased with our condo. The view of the ocean is everything! It was very clean and the furniture was in good condition as well. My only suggestion would be to give it a little cosmetic touch up with fresh paint and replace the carpet. I’d come back and stay again for sure.

Overall place was nice. View of Ocean and Intercoastal waterway was beautiful. My suggestion for improvement would be to add a loveseat, as the 1 sofa is only suitable for 1 person to stretch out on.

Clean but needs work

Condo was very clean just very dated and needs a little bit of work. I would not stay in that unit again as we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs

Beach vacation

Definitely dated and worn. But you couldn’t beat the location and the view. Vacasa is a pain to deal with, thankfully we got it through Vrbo so that helped in many ways with communication and problems.

Humble, clean, comfortable

This place was quiet, clean and had a wonderful view of the ocean. Simple. The walk to the 4 the floor should be considered if you have any health issues. A rolling cart is a must if you are going to the elevator. Overall great comfortable place!

6 night stay

Things I learned after staying here, Only 2 trash bags provided asked for more said I had to buy my own, not stated in description. Do not run dishwasher at night so noisy!!! Run it when you go to pool or beach. Overall stay was good.

Nice view for girl's trip!

Property management was easily contacted. Building and unit need a lot of attention. Beautiful landscaping and pool was nice. Elderly or disabled please beware of this unit. If you do not like elevators, the stairs are right as you come out of door so that is a plus. It is on the 4th floor though so quiet a few steps. There is a long ramp you have to access in front of building to get to the elevator to go to rooms. My father has heart problems and would have never made it up that ramp. Lots of room inside. I like that there was enough beds in a two-bedroom place, and they were pretty comfy. All in all, we enjoyed our little getaway. Hope this review helps someone!

Not bad

The accomodations were exceptible, but not overly fancy. The toilet seat in the master bathroom was very loose and needed tightening. The 2 single beds were extremely uncomfortable and had springs poking through. The dishwasher worked okay, but the washer/dryer combo was slow and noisy. The worst part was checking in. Had to pick up keys, after hours, at the office. The keys were not left in the late arrival box, and had to call 2 different numbers and wait on hold for over 45 minutes just to talk to an operator. Once I actually got a hold of someone, she did a wonderful job of taking care of me, but the wait time to fix something that was totally Vacasa's fault was annoying.

Topsail Dunes ocean front condo

The view on the balcony was PERFECT!! We have stayed at other condos in this complex, so in comparison, this condo was nothing fancy, it was adequate and comfortable. We have seen better and worse. The condo was clean. The carpet had a few places where it was snagged/ripped, but it was minor. The shower in the master is difficult to get into due to the placement of the door. If you have mobility issues, require help showering, or are a larger person, getting in/out of this shower may be difficult. The placement of the door could be improved. The master shower needs some repair around the floor. The master bed was comfortable. The kids bedroom was good, they appreciated the TV. The kitchen was furnished well with plenty of cups, plates, bowls, utensils, and pots/pans for cooking in the condo. My biggest disappointment was that the ramp/steps were washed out for building 3 to access the beach directly. We counted on the ramp for a member of our larger group who uses a wheelchair, and we didn’t know it was out until we arrived. We were there 6/24/23 to 7/1/23. If you are relying on this feature, please check before you go to make sure it is rebuilt. The ramp was still good to take to the pool. We had to walk across the pool to another set of steps at at building 2 to access the beach. A little inconvenient for us, but a huge obstacle for a wheelchair. FYI—there are places to rent beach wheelchairs for a fee, but the police department has a few that they will rent for free.
