New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Exciting upgrade for the 2025 season: new carpet installed in all three bedrooms.

Drift Inn to this classic and charming beach cottage with all the comforts of home, where you'll enjoy easy access to the beach just 350 feet away.

Located five lots back from the Atlantic, Drift Inn offers a great location, only 800 yards from the fishing pier and near plenty of eateries and scenes. The screened porch and grill provide plenty of reasons to stay outside, as does the rooftop crow's nest with breezy ocean views. There are also two small decks at the back of the home for extra sunbathing opportunities.

Inside, everyone in the family will appreciate the three TVs, three VCRs, two DVD players, stereo/CD player, and high-speed WiFi. The open living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to spread out. At the end of the day, retire to one of the three comfortable bedrooms.

Drift Inn

Although we have stayed in some larger, more upscale homes, Drift Inn was perfect for us!! The kitchen is very well equipped and it looks as though the whole house has recently been updated. I love that there is only one flight of stairs and the short stroll to the beach was easy. It was perfect for my older dog. We will be back to Drift Inn!!

Beach Trip

A great place to head back to after a fun day at the beach! The crows nest is roomy and offers a nice view. The screened porch was perfect for our morning coffee hour. The only hang-up is the two back burners on the stove do not seem to work, so plan on easy meals or eating out at the many restaurants in Avon!

The Drift Inn

This is a smaller and obvious older home as it needs attention to the wood work on the outside including the walkway decking as there is quite a bit of rot. The interior of the home is nice with newer carpet on the bedrooms and tile that could use attention throughout the kitchen and living/dining areas. The walk to the beach is not bad at all and the week we were down it was very quiet. The mosquitoes are quite bad on the property as the parking area is not paved or concreted the grass area had not been mowed. With that being said the laundry area is also downstairs as well and makes for an uncomfortable time trying to clean your clothes. Make sure to have plenty of bug spray along.

The house is close to the beach aaccess. It is older, so if you're looking for updates this isn't the place for you. It met our needs just fine.

Getting In

We were locked out to begin with...after several calls to closed office, the OBR lady got us connected with local person who remotely got us in...have stayed there for several years, always helpful. Was afraid big guys would not be as personable...they were!!!

Horrible Stay; Never Again!

The house could’ve been a lot cleaner. As we stayed over the a full week, you could tell the house was not cleaned thoroughly and we found trash in and outside the house. To finish out the week, we ran into an ant problem and no one from Vacasa never followed up. For the price, it was a rip off and totally disappointed.

Bay Watch is the most spectacular home we stayed in on Kings Point in Frisco. The home is in a perfect location for windsurfing, paddle boarding and kayaking. The kitchen is well equipped and having a working barbecue is a bonus for cooking fresh fish and other food purchased locally. E have entertained in the home and the dining room is perfectly located with a great view of the bay to watch the sunsets. The home is pet friendly which was a must for us. We met many of the locals and will miss them but have forged friendships so I am sure we will see them again! We can`t thank Jim & Cathy, the home owners, enough for sharing their home with our family over the past 10 years. Primetime was an amazing property. We were a little hesitant on booking a home without a private pool, but with the community pool close by and the fact that we stayed Oceanfront, it was well worth not having the swimming pool. There was no issues at all. It was a nice and relaxing vacation not having to worry about small, silly things. The views were stunning. Thank you Outer Beaches Realty! We will definitely see you next year! Would like to re-book this home, but I believe we will need a bigger one next year. Enjoyable Stay

Other than the weather, our trip was enjoyable. The Drift Inn is quaint and cozy. Enjoyed a good read on the screened deck while it rained was relaxing and comfortable. The only real issue is that the home is surrounded by overgrown trees (hard to get that Ocean View) and covered... I mean COVERED, in Poison Ivy. Also, the "fish cleaning" area could be tidied up.... the last people who stayed there, put their fish mess in the trash can but never took it to the road to be picked up so we smelled dead fish until we realized where it came from. Other than that, very accomodating.
