Take in sweeping Gulf views from this 9th-floor Shores of Panama condo. With two bedrooms, two baths, tile floors, and a private balcony over the lagoon-style pool, it’s designed for relaxation and convenience. Enjoy resort amenities like beach access, pools, spa, and fitness center—all within walking distance of dining, shopping, and entertainment.
Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
About the Vacation Rental Unit:
Welcome to Lagoon Horizon, a 9th-floor condominium at Shores of Panama with direct Gulf and pool views. The private balcony overlooks both the Gulf and lagoon-style pool. Community amenities available to guests include outdoor and indoor pools, a spa/hot tub, fitness center, sauna, barbecue area, elevators, and direct beach access. The living room opens to the balcony and connects to a full kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and a pantry. Tile flooring extends throughout the condo, and a full-size washer and dryer are located inside the unit.
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master Bedroom: 1 King bed; direct balcony access and attached full bathroom with Gulf view.
Guest Bedroom: Twin-over-full bunk; access to a separate full bathroom located off the hallway.
Common Area Sleeping Arrangements: Sofa sleeper
Both bathrooms are “full” (shower/tub combo) and the master bath has granite countertops.
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 7 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)
Parking:
All guests must pre-register online to purchase your parking pass(es) and amenity wristbands (RFID). After booking, we’ll send you a unit-specific registration link.
This unit does not come with any reserved parking space. You may park one vehicle in any space that is marked yellow.
Upon arrival, you must stop by the onsite concierge upon arrival to pick up your packet. Shores of Panama allows one to two vehicles per reservation (depending upon the size of the unit rented). If you bring an additional vehicle, you will need to park off-site (details below).
Current Shores of Panama Resort Fees (includes wristbands + parking pass): 1 Bedroom – $85. Rates are set by Shores of Panama and may change without notice.
Onsite Parking Details
Use the main entrance (portico) when you arrive.
Display your QR code to pick up your amenity packet and parking pass.
Garage height limit: 6’10” – Low clearance and tight turns.
Oversized vehicles (over 6’7”) may use ground-level oversized parking on a first-come, first-served basis.
Display your parking pass on the dashboard at all times.
Additional Parking Notes
Motorcycles: Park in the 15-minute zone near the main entrance.
Small trailers: Allowed only on the 12th floor of the garage.
Security: Property Patrol keeps motorcycles centralized for added safety and is available on site for parking assistance.
Offsite Parking Options
If you’re bringing an additional vehicle, you’ll need to park any additional vehicles in public beach lots nearby. The closest is Ripley’s Believe It or Not public lot, just around the corner.
Additional public parking locations include:
1. 9941 Thomas Drive
2. 600 Henley Drive (at Churchwell and Front Beach Rd)
3. 11209 Front Beach Rd (at Richard Jackson Blvd)
Public Parking Rates:
• $2/hour (up to 6 hours)
• $12/day
• $84/week

This resort is renowned for its nearly 500 linear feet of stunning, white-sand coastline. Shores of Panama features a 14,000 sq. ft. lagoon-style pool, an indoor heated pool with hot tub, modern fitness center, 2 poolside tiki bars, and more.
Oceanfront views await you as well as limitless amazing activities, including nearby shopping and dining. Your private balcony is ideal for sipping a sunset cocktail before heading out to one of the many restaurants in the area.
While staying at the Shores of Panama, you’ll be minutes away from everything you could need! You’ll have access to beachside activities, watersports, and onsite beach chair/umbrella rentals. Wal-Mart is across the street, and you are about a mile away from Pier Park, Panama City Beach’s premier shopping and dining area. You are steps away from Pineapple Willy’s Beachfront Bar as well as Ripley’s Museum. You’ll be across the street from the new 810 Billiard and Bowling complex - with sports simulators, Krazy Darts, axe throwing, an arcade, a restaurant/bar and a Mean Mugs milkshake bar and many other dining, entertainment and shopping options. Like to golf? Signal Hill Golf Course is very close by. For the less serious golfer, there are multiple places to play miniature golf in the area.
Also, there is now a poolside food hut and 1 poolside tiki bar! The food hut offers shrimp boil, pizza, salads, sandwiches, and kids’ meals. There is also an inside coffee/donut/ice cream shop in the lobby area. There are poolside lockers for guests to purchase for storing valuables when swimming.
Other details to note:
All guests ages 8 and older are required to wear their wristbands while on resort grounds (including pools, beach walkovers, and common areas).
The trash chute is conveniently located next to the stairwell, near the elevator on the same floor and side of the building.
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
