Regarding the temperature, the thermostat in the home can be adjusted by guests to any temperature they prefer. In multi-level homes it is normal for the upper level to feel warmer while the lower level may feel cooler, as heat naturally rises. For snow removal, our policy is that plowing is scheduled when snowfall exceeds 2 inches. During your stay, the walkway entrance and the deck were shoveled and salt was applied to ensure safe access. Our contractor serviced the property and applied salt around 10:00 AM. When the contractor notified me that the work had been completed, I verified it by checking the exterior cameras. I always make myself available during guest stays and did not receive any messages about concerns at the time.
