Guests have the entire house covered deck and yard to themselves, with the exception of a locked storage closet.

Valid ID is required to be sent to the host prior to checking in. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons (adults and children and infants all are required to be included on the reservation). We do not allow gatherings at the property and only registered guests may be on property at any time. Maximum of 3 cars parked at the property or on the street at any time.
Please only smoke/vape/e-cig out of doors. We do NOT allow anyone to sleep on the couch, no frying with grease, no hair dyes. Animals (service or assistance) are not permitted on the furniture and should be always monitored.
We are happy to let you check in early if we are ready for you. If you require early check in, please book the night before to ensure availability. We are unfortunately unable to provide late checkout to accommodate our housekeepers schedules if we have an arriving guest. We do charge $50 for late checkout which can be booked 1-2 days in advance only.
