I live in Volusia County and I love spending time with my family enjoying all that New Smyrna Beach has to offer!

We chose this neighborhood for the feeling it gives us! Visiting Canal Street for the great local restaurants and shops is always enjoyable! The home is walking distance to this great area of town where local events are regularly hosted. The home is also minutes from Flagler Avenue for more great shopping and restaurants, the Wine Walk, wedding venues, and other events. Don't forget the beach! The home is half a block from the South Causeway, a direct road to the ocean. It's also very close to Daytona Beach, and all that it offers. Fresh coffee from local roaster, Island Roasters Coffee Company, is provided and their coffee shop is located minutes from the home on the North Causeway as you make your way to Flagler Avenue and the beach.

Our beautiful home has two stories with 3 bedrooms/2 baths located on the first floor and 4 bedrooms/3 baths on the second floor. It features a locking door at the top of the stairs to separate the two living spaces if desired. Three of the bedrooms in the home are en-suites featuring king size beds and televisions, two rooms have queen beds and two rooms have two twin beds. The main floor has a full kitchen including a coffee bar and seating to accommodate 14 guests for a sit down meal. The second floor has a game room featuring a pool table, foosball, table, darts, the string game, board games and more! It also features a coffee bar and a wet bar with an ice machine. Both floors feature a living room with a 65" TV. The home also has plenty of parking with a two car garage and three additional spots in the driveway on the private alley. The second story has a private entrance on the side of the house that may be accessed if desired. The home is decorated with a coastal feel featuring high quality furniture, Dreamcloud mattresses, quality bedding, plush towels and a custom dining table and bedroom set made locally in Deland. We are especially proud of the care and cleanliness that we provide. Every booking comes with freshly laundered sheets, mattress pads, shams, comforters and decorative pillows. This house truly feels like a home and its the perfect place for multiple families or a large group of friends who want to vacation together and make new memories!
