The condo was clean and nice place to stay. It was 5 minutes for the beach. It's 5 minutes from the Prier.

Don't hesitate to stay at 1408! It's beautifully decorated and convenient to everything! The area is nice and quiet. Ben was quick to respond to all my questions and needs. My stay was fourteen days and I wish it was longer!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo on St. Simons Island. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax. We especially enjoyed the convenience of having the pool nearby, and the overall experience was very pleasant.The only issue we encountered was a minor problem with the master bathroom drain. We reported it, and someone arrived within about 10 minutes to fix it. We were very impressed with the quick response and excellent customer service.A few suggestions that could make an already great property even better would be adding TVs to all of the bedrooms, placing mirrors in the guest bedrooms, and updating the coffee maker.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this condo again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay on St. Simons Island.

Easy in & Out

The townhouse was very convenient to restaurants and shopping and in a super quiet area of the neighborhood. All the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. The unit was clean and ready when we arrived. The garage had bikes and trash cans stored inside so it was not usable for parking a vehicle. We had to park our second car in the common area parking. No bedrooms in the fist floor so not great for individuals with mobility issues. Price vs value was appropriate.
