Direct Beach Front 2BR/2BA in Luxe Seachase Resort - April Spring Specials!

We fell in love with this condo and bought it and would like to share our home away from home with others who want a slice of this magnificent part of Orange Beach.

Our condo, Seachase West 1403, has the best views!
This stack of units in Seachase West Building is among the only ones affording TWO views -- of eastern sunrises and pure western sunsets! No obstruction in either direction. You can sit on the balcony and drink your coffee to the sunrise (or watch it from bed) and also sip a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Magnificent to stare at God's majesty and also the balcony offers utter privacy, which in Seachase is not always the case on the balconies. We think this stack is the best in the entire complex because of this!

Our condo is the perfect level in the building too. You hear nothing but gulf front waves and see the surf and sand!

Our condo is thoughtfully laid out. The Master bedroom is directly on the Gulf and has a large masterbath with a separate shower and tub. It is quite spacious. The master bedroom is designed for comfort and is quite large. It opens to the balcony.

We have a sleeper sofa in the living room along with comfortable seating for your group. The living room is laid out to maximize gulf front views! The sleeper sofa is a queen!

The back bedroom has twin beds and the back bathroom is two steps out the door to it.

Our kitchen has high end granite, cabinetry and top of the line cooks accessories. Crock Pot. We have a separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.

This condo is designed to make you want to stay for months because we intend to eventually live here and stay for months at a time.

Rates include one parking pass. A guest may buy a second one when they arrive.

Beautiful and comfortable

We loved this condo in Sea Chase. Beach is beautiful with white sand, clear water and is not crowded. Pools were great! Never crowded our whole stay. The property and pools were very clean- grounds well taken care of. Very convenient location. We would love to come back!

Gorgeous views as promised!

We loved our stay at SeaChase West! The condo was just as described with beautiful ocean views and very comfortable furnishings. We loved the location and proximity to all things to do in Orange Beach. Our only suggestion would be to work on some of the loose tile on the balcony. Other than that we will definitely be back!!

The views were amazing!! It was very clean and plenty of room for my family of 5. Only con is that some of the tiles were loose/cracking on the balcony which I’m sure is to be expected with a beachfront property. Beach toys provided for kids were appreciated. Plenty of room at all of the pools for lounging and relaxing. Great location. Market across the street for groceries was convenient. Even though we were on the 14th floor, we didn’t have to wait long for elevators or luggage racks.

First time snowbirds

Had an amazing time. Enjoyed the whole experience very very much. It all was a lot to take in, but was easy to adjust. Everything was so convenient and accessible. Grocery, Urgent Care, pharmacy. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Loved everything

This was my first experience using VRBO, or any beach vacation rental, because until recently have always had family with a beach house so I didn’t know what to expect. Everything was as described and very clean. The beds and furniture were comfortable and all basic supplies were available in the kitchen. The grounds were clean and peaceful. We felt comfortable letting our14 and 15 year olds have a little freedom and stay in the pool area without us. Can’t wait to go back when it’s a little warmer.

Anniversary getaway

My husband and I celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary here. Gorgeous view, perfect distance to stores. We even saw dolphins off the balcony. Great place!!

Great location

Proximity to beach made getting to the beach easy with a 4 and a 2 year old. Pool was great after a long beach day and was even shaded in late afternoon which was appreciated by everyone.

Excellent property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was excellent and the views were remarkable. The condo is well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend this condo for the Orange Beach area!

Fantastic property!

We had a wonderful time at the property. Perfectly located in town and on the beach! The beach was immaculate! Beautiful white sand and clear, cool waters! The pools were also lots of fun. Centrally located in town, shopping and restaurants were in minutes away! Would definitely stay again!

What a GREAT place!!

The description of the condo is exactly true!! We travel a lot and honestly the bed was very comfortable!! The view as the sun rises from bed is amazing!! The furniture in the living is comfortable and relaxing after a nice long day outside!!! Having a large balcony to sit and enjoy is fantastic!! The complex has great pools!! We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay a couple days!!!

Outstanding

We loved the balcony and view. The pool was never crowded and we enjoyed the property because it had a homey feel to it. Everything was clean and well cared for in the condo and around the property. We will be back for sure.

THE PLACE TO STAY!!!

This unit just made my wife very happy and I didn't have to worry about the girl's going out to the pool bye there self's because of the security of the ground's. And the view from the room as out of the world....

We love it here!!

We’ve stayed at Seachase for quite a few years but this was our first time staying in this condo and it was very nice. Has everything you need, views are beautiful as always. Beds are comfy and clean.We LOVED it!! The ONLY suggestion I would have would be a better door handle on the master bath pocket door, it’s very difficult to shut when mom and/or dad needs privacy. Not the end of the world though and didn’t ruin anything for us. Thanks for the great stay!!

2019 Vaca on the Beach

We had a Wonderful time this week. The condo we were in was nice but the accuracies about the balcony wasn’t exactly right. It said it was private but people on the other balconies could see you on yours and the balcony above us could (if they wanted to) see into our bedroom. Overall, it was a good experience.

Nice View!

Enjoyed our stay during the State Gymnastics Meet in Foley. The only disappointment- we arrived very late and found no toilet tissue or even Kleenex. Had to go out to look for some very late at night. Also, although detergent was promised to start towels when we left, again no detergent in the unit. Off to the store again. Overall, a nice unit with a beautiful view.

The experience was somewhat okay, elevators didn’t work only one did. The cleaning before us was horrible ! The property manager never replied back to us ! Sink broke so they had to come replace it .. overall it was an okay experience.

Awesome Property

Two things wrong with the property. 1) there needs to be a handle or something on the master bathroom pocket door. 2) I couldn’t stay there indefinitely. This place is very nice. The view is impeccable. The entire property was very well maintained. Check in/out was seamless. Literally the only thing that I personally think could be improved was the master bath sliding pocket door. It can be difficult to completely shut/reopen. The condo is well stocked but you will need more bath tissue, paper towels, laundry detergents, and trash bags, but none of this should be on the owner to supply anyway. It is very quiet. Indoor pool/hot tub was great. A bit too cool to try the outdoor pools. 10/10 would stay again and am already trying to plan a trip for next summer. Communication with property owner was great. Just do it.

Property Issues

The property had some major issues that will result in our looking elsewhere for our next vacation. - Security in the overall facility was lacking. Although we were provided access cards to the building and access from the beach and other amenities, none of the building’s access gates were ever locked. The access code required to unlock the deadbolt on our unit’s door was clearly visible on the door’s exterior frame. - Parking provided for our rental was a joke. Building personnel commented that parking spaces were insufficient to provide parking for each rental. They suggested we might want to consider parking across a six-lane road in a Wal-Mart parking lot. - Dead batteries in the remote controls and light bulbs were burned out through out the unit. - Upon arrival, dark hair was in the master bathroom floor. - Only one working elevator operable in a 16 floor building. One of the guest complained and was told to stop being a “Karen” by property management. In short, the beach was great - the rental wasn’t.

Pros and cons

Our family travels a lot. So my rating comes from 10 years of travel experience. Pros This property has great amenities and great views of the ocean from the room. The pools were never to packed. For how big the resort was which was nice. Beds were comfortable and enough room for everyone. Easy access to beaches. And 3 pools for swimming. Property had many beach items to use. Cons I understand somethings are uncontrollable but paying attention to detail is important as well. The fire alarm on the room. Made a ticking noise. Due to a previous storm. My kids could not sleep at night. Due to the noise. I was told it would be looked at. Which is fine. But the maintenance person left my door unlocked. Only to find out hours later when we returned. The nice lookin jacuzzi bath tub has mold on and around all the buttons. My wife was in the tub and went to turn on jets to only see mold all around the button. Which is disgusting. Closet shelf’s and hangers had visible dust on them. Again. Beautiful place, views and amenities. Someone just needs to pay attention to detail when cleaning

This building is luxurious. I feel like I'm at a high end exclusive resort when I stay here. Fantastic Fitness Room, hot tubs, 3 outdoor pools, plus one pool that is a zero entry for the little ones.
