Welcome to Marathon the heart of the Florida Keys! Here in Marathon we have several restaurants within minutes, Sombrero beach just 15 minutes away, and keys west in under an hour. This home features its own private pool and spa with privacy, dockage with instant gulf access with plenty of parking for trailers and vehicles. Each Bedroom has its own private bathroom.

Saturday to Saturday bookings except May and October, only 8 guest max

7 night min only pool heat is an additional charge.

Chartered fishing trips, snorkeling trips, kayak, boat and Golf Cart available for rent upon request. We have established relationships with the local captains and rental companies to facilitate the rentals so that they are schedule and or delivered to the house prior to your arrival.

Great location.There were a few things broken in the house when we got there. No big deal. We let them know.My main problem was that the hot tub isn't actually a hot tub, although lusted in the amenities as a hot tub. There are no jets and when I asked were the control for it was I was told it was listed as a spa, which is bunk.

A wonderful vacation rental. The house was very clean on arrival. Kitchen was fully equipped. The dock was a dream for taking the boat out everyday. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom which is ideal in a vacation rental. I would recommend and we will most likely try to book again next year.

We enjoyed our vacation. This house has gorgeous views. Great marine life around the dock. We snorkled there without even taking a snorkeling tours.

Fantastic

Everything as listed. Very clean. Perfect location. Dock and pool was fantastic. It was like an aquarium around the dock. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and showers were strong. Kitchen was well supplied. Living room was very comfortable. We are already looking forward to our next trip to paradise.

Great place to stay!

The property supported our needs to a “T”! We travel to the Keys annually and need a place that is on the water, has a dock, a pool, is clean, and has the necessary amenities. This place had all of that and had lots of wildlife in and out of the water. We will stay here again if available on our next visit to the Keys.

Great sunsets; quiet street; fantastic marine life. Frank was very responsive. The property is not brand new but delivered on what we needed: pool, great dock for fishing and keeping boat during day. Booked again for next year.

Could be great

Pool leaked so had to fill all the time so it never got warm. Location and layout of house was great. It needs some repair work.

Little Piece of Heaven

Most an amazing place, with an amazing view. Frank was great to work with if had any questions or needs. We have been coming down to Marathon for 10 years and had one place we rented be sold, this was our first year at this location. So private, pool was amazing, kitchen had everything you need, all bedrooms had own bathroom, screen porch had unreal views. We will definitely be back next year and hopefully many years in the future. A little piece of heaven on earth.

Could be better

We recently spent a week at this property, appreciating the stunning views and overall ambiance, but several issues detracted from our experience. The refrigerator was missing several shelves, limiting storage space, and it failed to make ice, forcing us to buy ice daily. For fishing enthusiasts, a designated bait storage area would be beneficial; we had to keep our bait in a cooler and purchase ice almost every day. The stove was complicated to operate and ineffective, while the barbecue grill lacked a starter and took an excessively long time to cook food. The microwave was initially non-functional, but the host promptly replaced it after we reported the issue. We also noticed broken tiles in the shower, and the temperature control knob was faulty, causing persistent drips in both bathrooms. The television was inoperable at first, and despite a repair attempt, the issue remained until a friend helped us troubleshoot it. Additionally, the living room ceiling fan seemed unstable, raising safety concerns. For those interested in fishing from the dock, please note that there is no electrical outlet for LED lights. The pool was not cleaned upon our arrival and was only serviced on our last day, which prevented us from enjoying it fully. While the property has potential, it clearly requires maintenance and renovations. We also had misunderstandings with the host regarding damage to a locked door, which felt unwarranted given the property's overall condition. It was alright.

Beautiful stay!

Beautiful house and property, was lovely to enjoy the incredible sunsets from the screened in porch! House was a great size, loved that all the rooms had ensuite bathrooms. Frank was excellent to communicate with. Will definitely be planning to stay again!

Great place for family togetherness

We loved our stay. The pool was great for our granddaughter and all of us. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. We grilled and cooked. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The sunsets were wonderful.

Great location but needs updating

We got off to a rough start as host provided an incorrect code for the key lockbox. Then, once inside the property, we tried to use the water/ice from the refrigerator and neither worked. Another phone call to the host resulted in learning that a recent water main break in the area resulted in a 'don't drink the water' warning!!!!! There was no communication from the host prior to arrival nor was there any notice posted to warn us...we only found out by chance!! Needless to say we were all VERY angry at the lack of proactive response by the host. He easily could have warned us, provided bottle water and ice prior to our arrival, but he was afraid we would cancel...yes, he said that!! After the rough start, I will say the host was very responsive to text messages. He brought bottled water and ice that evening and replenished throughout the week. The property did not have any informational brochures about the area, no instructions on how to use the TV's (in living room there were 7 remotes!!) and a few other things we needed clarification on (i.e. pool spa vs. jacuzzi). The pool needs painting and tile repairs but was clean. Description of beds in each bedroom is not accurate on the website vs what is actually there. LR furniture is different from pictures. We loved the location, but will probably not return to this property given tons of other options available to us.

Great location on the Gulf

The property was perfect for our family. Our grandkids enjoyed the boating & snorkeling in the area. The pool was perfect. It was fun to see the animal life from the dock. We saw lobsters, shrimp, yellow stingrays, trunk fish, needle nose fish, small reef shark and crabs. Take flashlights to see marine life from the dock at night!

What a great experience

This property is located close to Key West, and also near restaurants & bars in Marathon. The pool and hot tub made relaxing easy. House has all the conveniences and more. The owner is available to answer questions if they arise.

Marathon vacation

Nice property that checked all the boxes for 3 couples. Each bedroom has its on bathroom and there’s plenty of space inside and out, We rented a boat during our stay so having the dock was a plus. The property is in a great location and the sunsets are spectacular!

Quiet getaway in Florida Keys

Quiet and spacious. Great sunset views. We launched kayak and paddleboard from end of dock. Comfortably accommodated 6 adults. Outside area by pool was a cool hang during the day and then screened area was fantastic at night.

Family vacation

Beautiful Bay-Side Home

We loved our stay! The home was huge and very clean with all the amenities needed! We loved the pool, dock, ice cold A/C and were able to cook breakfast and dinner! Close to everything and lots of room for parking our 2 big trucks and boat!
