The Space:

Welcome to an architecturally designed property offering a luxurious blend of elegance and comfort. Boasting seven bedrooms, this villa is spread across a generous interior, comfortably accommodating up to 13 guests.



The villa features a variety of sleeping arrangements, inclusive of elegantly outfitted Queen and Double bedrooms. For the youngest guests, we offer themed rooms, inspiringly designed to reflect childhood favorites, such as Mickey Mouse, Star Wars, Bluey, and Super Mario. Each room is thoughtfully planned with comfort, convenience, and fun- our ultimate mantra!



In the heart of the home is the living area, featured with a spacious, inviting setting with comfortable couches and a smart TV. Adjacent to it is the fully equipped kitchen, an absolute delight for the culinary aficionados, boasting high-end appliances and stocked with cooking tools. Attached to the kitchen is a dining area, perfect for enjoying a family meal or hosting dinner parties.



Stepping outside, you will find your serene outdoor oasis- a heated pool with an attached spa, sun loungers, patio seating, and BBQ facilities. Aesthetically pleasing pool accessories and waterproof playing cards are available for a fun-filled pool day.



Our home is designed keeping children's safety and convenience in mind. We provide a high chair, kids’ plates, bowls, a toddler play area, and a safety net for the pool area. Not to forget, the Kids Play Den Under the Stairs is an added bonus!



We believe in taking care of it all. Your safety is our utmost concern. The villa is located in a gated community equipped with a smart lock system, allowing self-check-in. Other amenities include high-speed WiFi, on-site and street parking, washer and dryer, central AC, smart TVs, and starter toiletries & towels.



Last but not least, as our esteemed guest you receive exclusive access to the Champions Gate Oasis Clubhouse within the vicinity, comprised of pools, water slides, a fitness center, a movie theater, an arcade, a playground, volleyball courts, and even a plush golf course.

For the workaholics and students amidst the guests, we have office setups facilitated with HDMI cables to use the TV as your extension monitor.



A gentle reminder regarding house rules- no events, parties, or unauthorized guests are allowed, smoking and pets are strictly prohibited inside the villa. The BBQ grill is available for cooking; however, propane filling is the guest's responsibility, requesting them to use it responsibly. The pool heat is made available upon request at an additional cost of $45/day.
