The Space:

Welcome to a haven of tranquility and endless amusement. Our 7BR LuxoraStays villa, located in the gated Champions gate community, is designed to whisk your family and friends away into a world of comfort, fun, and convenience.



Step inside to discover seven dreamy bedrooms. The grand master bedroom showcases a queen-sized bed with luscious linens and pillows. The second bedroom doubles as a workspace, presenting a queen bed and office set-up—a workaholic's refuge. For children, this home captivates the imagination with an array of themed rooms including Mickey Mouse and Star Wars, along with queen and double beds in other chambers.



Our kitchen is a chef’s delight, loaded with a gamut of appliances and utensils right from a rice cooker, waffle maker, toaster, coffee brewer, to baking sheets. Kick back in the spacious lounge, housing a smart TV for movie nights or indulge in group meals in the separate dining area.



Step outside to a plush oasis featuring a heated pool & spa. Lounge on the sunbeds or engage in a card game on the water with our waterproof playing cards. Cook up a storm on our grill, ideal for barbecue nights.



Families are priority for us. We have taken extra safety measures with a kids’ safety net around the pool, a high chair, toddler play area, kids’ plates and bowls making this a family-friendly retreat.



In-house amenities include smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, free parking, a washer & dryer, central AC, and starter toiletries.



Guest Access:

Guests will experience unhindered access to all property utilities, including the private pool, fitness area, and fully equipped kitchen. For smooth check-in, we‘ll provide security access codes for the villa and gated community. Free on-site and street parking is an added advantage. A smart lock system for secure, self-check-ins ensures a stress-free arrival.
