Our 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 2,300 square foot home is located just across highway 550 from Purgatory Ski Resort and is 24 miles north of downtown Durango (less then a 30 minute drive).

Enjoy the convenience of being near Purgatory Ski Resort (with access to a free on-demand shuttle), yet have the privacy and additional space of a private home with a 2 car garage. The residence is adjacent to over a million acres of national forest land and the Purgatory Flats Trailhead (one of the finest hiking trails in the area) and is a 1 minute walk to Twilight Lake which offers paddle board and canoe rentals in summer/fall along with a walking trail around the lake. Unlimited adventures await in the incomparable San Juan National Forest with walking access to three watersheds with abundant trout and extraordinary vistas of the Needles Mountains.

The home is perfect for multiple families as it features two living spaces on different floors as well an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, high end appliances, gas fireplace and great views. Additionally, there is a private hot tub, gas grill and super fast Starlink WIFI.

The home is located near the Purgatory Flats trail head, one of the finest and most scenic hikes in the area as well as a pond for fishing and in winter, there is a cross country ski trail right out the front door.

This property is pet friendly (up to 2 dogs) and the pet fee is $40/per day and the maximum pet fee is $250. 4WD is NOT required in the winter.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied.

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility.
