The Space:

This newly built retreat embodies coastal luxury, framed by 22-foot Leyland Cypresses that ensure privacy and a grand first impression. Inside, white oak floors, 9-foot ceilings, and sunlit open spaces create an airy, sophisticated atmosphere. The formal dining area flows into a sleek chef’s kitchen with quartz countertops, Bertazzoni appliances, and a wine fridge. The upper level features four well-appointed bedrooms, including a spacious primary suite with cathedral ceilings, a spa-style bath, and ample clothing storage.



Step outside to your private resort-style haven with an expansive patio and heated saltwater pool surrounded by lush landscaping and a fully fenced yard. Whether entertaining under the stars or savoring quiet mornings, Summit Vista captures the perfect balance of Hamptons sophistication and modern tranquility—ideally located near pristine beaches, fine dining, and the best of Westhampton living.



The pool is currently closed, and will be guest-ready starting May 11, 2026.



To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the serene enclave of Westhampton, Summit Vista offers the perfect blend of coastal charm and upscale Hamptons living. This sought-after area is known for its tree-lined streets, peaceful atmosphere, and proximity to world-class beaches, boutique shopping, and vibrant dining scenes in nearby Westhampton Beach Village.



Guests can enjoy a quick drive to the pristine shores of Cupsogue Beach County Park, explore local wineries, or spend leisurely afternoons browsing farmers markets and coastal cafes. Despite its tranquility, Summit Vista remains conveniently close to main routes for easy access to other Hamptons destinations. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or seaside adventure, this neighborhood delivers the best of both worlds: sophistication and coastal serenity.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $150 charge.



Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



The pool is open seasonally. If weather permits, it may remain open through the end of September and potentially into mid-October.



Our pool is cleaned and chemically balanced weekly. As an open-air pool, natural debris from wind and breeze are normal between service visits — a skimmer net is available for your convenience. Our team is always happy to assist if needed.



If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75/night fee. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights.



Please note that the property’s mailbox is reserved for owner use, and access to the garage and basement is not included for guests.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Security deposit



A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
