Gardening Policy: Routine garden maintenance is scheduled for stays of one week or more. Guests wishing to opt out of this service to ensure uninterrupted privacy may do so for a $75 fee, payable directly to the property manager.

Cleaning Policy: Please note that if you book for more than the period of 1 week, you will be charge an additional cleaning fee of $550 per week, plus taxes. The current cleaning fee only covers the cost for 1 week or less of rental time.
