The Space:

- All beds feature Tempurpedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens.

- All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels.



Guest Access:

The entire home is for your exclusive use (1 private unit in a 2-unit home). Please note the outdoor areas are shared with the other unit that we also operate as a vacation rental.



The Neighborhood:

Located near 26 acre Govalle Neighborhood Park, this home is in the ideal location for families, colleagues, or friends that want a quiet oasis in a walkable neighborhood. Close enough to the center of the city that transportation is a breeze (12-15 minute drive), yet far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle in a beautiful, lush green neighborhood. Our vibrant, fun-loving, and artistically-minded community puts the cities' best restaurants, cafes, galleries, and nightlife hotspots at your fingertips.



All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.



Getting Around:

This location is the perfect retreat for friends and family visiting Austin! With just a 14 minute drive to the center of Downtown Austin, you can easily travel around and explore all that the city has to offer! For those who choose not to drive, there is a bus stop for the #2 Bus at 1018 Springdale/Goodwin that is a short half mile walk away from our home. Once Downtown, the best way to get around is by foot or bike. Austin is a bike-friendly city, with plenty of B-Cycle city bike stands near by. Rideshare options are available, and the off-street parking spots make this a great place for people who don't want to leave their cars at home.

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.

-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 

-We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.  

-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 

-Pets are not allowed at this property. 

-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.

-We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.



Interaction with Guests:

You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless; there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
