The Space:

Four theme parks, one home base. This four-bedroom, three-bathroom townhome inside the gated Champions Gate community gives families everything they need - space to spread out, themed rooms the kids will talk about for years, and full access to a resort-style clubhouse just steps away. Walt Disney World is roughly 20-25 minutes down the road, and the rest of Orlando's biggest attractions are well within reach.

 

Living space

The ground floor is designed for easy togetherness. A fully equipped kitchen opens directly into a dining area set for six, keeping mealtimes connected and social. The adjoining TV room gives everyone a comfortable place to decompress after a long day out. Sliding patio doors lead out to a furnished patio with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill - ideal for firing up dinner at home or sitting out on a cool evening.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Accommodation is spread across four bedrooms, configured to suit a mix of guests. The main bedroom upstairs offers a king bed and serves as the primary retreat for adults. A queen bedroom on the ground floor sits alongside a full guest bathroom - a practical layout for guests who prefer to avoid the stairs. The two remaining rooms were made with younger guests in mind: a Mickey-themed bedroom with two twin beds, and a Minion-themed bunk room with a full bottom bunk and a twin top bunk.

 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for everything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, wine glasses, and a complete set of dishes and cookware. Cooking basics - oil, salt, and pepper - are included. To get you started, initial supplies cover shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and kitchen towels. For longer stays, you may need to restock.

 

Bathrooms

Three bathrooms serve the home. Each is equipped with hot water, and you'll find a bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel available. Towels and bed linens are provided throughout.

 

Resort access & facilities

As a guest of Champions Gate, you have full access to The Oasis Clubhouse. The resort amenities include pools, a lazy river, sand volleyball courts, a fitness centre, and an onsite restaurant - giving you a full day's worth of activity without leaving the community.

 

Practical details

A washer and dryer are available in the upstairs laundry room. The home has air conditioning, heating, room-darkening shades, iron, hangers, extra pillows and blankets, dedicated workspace, and free parking on premises. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are in place for your peace of mind. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

 

Location

Champions Gate sits in the heart of the Orlando vacation corridor. Walt Disney World is approximately 11 miles away (around 20-25 minutes), Epcot and Disney Springs are each within 13-14 miles, and Universal Orlando Resort is roughly 21 miles (around 35-40 minutes). Orlando International Airport is approximately 27 miles away, about 35-45 minutes by car. Legoland Florida, Downtown Orlando, and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets are also within comfortable driving distance.
