Above all enjoy the tranquility of being one with nature yet close enough to world class beaches (15-20 minutes), Golf at Hacienda Pinilla (15 minutes), Fine Dining (20 minutes), and the nightlife of Tamarindo (30 minutes). Most of the beach roads in Costa Rica are dirt, so a SUV 4X4 is recommended.

Guests can relax while enjoying the local scenery and wildlife all from the comfort of their own private patio and pool. This includes birds, deer and of course the amazing Howler Monkeys. If you want to enjoy nature in comfort and luxury, this is the home for you.

Unwind swimming laps in the 40 foot infinity edge pool or while doing yoga in a truly amazing setting. Or just sit back and relax with a cool beverage on the patio and enjoy the view.

This luxurious home merges the new with the old. The kitchen is fully equipped with new GE profile appliances and all the amenities of home. The structure is cement with cement floors and teak ceilings. All the furniture was handcrafted by local artisans with fine quality wood of Guanacaste and teak. The resort style 40 foot swimming pool is amazing overlooking the canopy and the ocean.

This house is definitely a destination! The property manager will greet guests and take care of all their needs during their stay. There is a live-in grounds keeper on the property 24 hours a day.

The view of this home is absolutely incredible! The house is an architectural gem on top of the hill, in a quiet, remote location with one level floor plan. Infinity pool is another attraction! Host Maricella was very responsive and useful in every siriation.

Amazing view, love the spaciousness of the home. Pool was fantastic and great that it has two levels, if you have any little ones. Enjoyed the howler monkeys and lovely birds that visited the trees in the evenings, as well as the 2 iguanas. Clean, comfy beds, and working AC in all the rooms. The photos do not capture the beauty!

The house was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay. The pool was outstanding. Watching the monkeys, iguanas and birds added to our stay! Lazero and Christi were great at answering any questions we had. As were the home owners Becky and Mark. I would definitely recommend this home. Itā€™s a HIDDEN GEM!!!

Great place. Very quiet. Pretty far from grocery stores and had to drive through a few small streams, but we enjoyed that it was remote and private. Amazing view from back patio

Simply Paradise

This place is truly paradise!! My family and I (4 adults) stayed here for 11 nights and it was amazing. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious. The property manager was easy to contact and responded quickly. Lasserio, the caretaker was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the daily visits from his dog, Lilu. The howling monkeys put on quite a show as well as the iguanas. This was our third stay in Costa Rica and this place was by far the best that we have ever stayed at, We love Costa Rica and can't wait to return

Amazing property with comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. We loved the pool area with the Bbq. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The property manager was always available if we had any questions, he was super helpful and friendly. We were there with our 5 year old son. This house is close to a small town with some great restaurant options, also close to playa Avellana and Tamarindo

Wow just wow!!!

This place is simply amazing! The view the house the location all of it was just perfect! The dirt road to get there wasn't the best but once you get to the house it is totally worth the drive! The last day we had monkeys in the tree right by the pool, everyday we saw the iguanas it was magical. Kids loved it and one day wanted to skip the beach to stay at the house! Hope to be back one day again!

A fabulous vacation home with amazing views.

A well designed home with owners who truly care about their guests. We loved our stay away from the crowds. The view and pool were wonderful and the kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the towel supply for beach and bath was perfect. The owner and property manager were helpful during our booking and during our stay.

What a view!

This property was perfect for my family. It has been beautifully designed to make the most of the incredible view. We loved watching the monkeys, birds and resident iguana family! The pool, outdoor kitchen & entertainment system were also much appreciated! The beaches & local restaurants were great too!

Beautiful house in the middle of nowhere...

We loved the house, it has all the amenities we desired, it was clean, spacious, very modern and has the most breathtaking views. The multi-level pool was perfect for us, we could swim laps and play with our baby in the shallow area of the pool. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip.

This was probably once a great house to stay at but could be kept up a little bit better. I think my main message in an informative review without being harsh would be to say that the listing makes it seem nicer than it is. True the views are amazing but the location is more remote than the listing implies. It takes a good 30-40 minutes from Tamarindo beach driving down dirt roads and through some impoverished neighborhoods to get to the house. One night the locals living near the roads leading to the home decided to try to stop our vehicle with a rope that was strung across the street in an attempt to maybe stop us for some reason. Luckily my wife speaks Spanish fluently and asked them sternly what was going on and they immediately dropped the rope and let us pass. A lot of the stuff is out of the control of the owner and the property manager (like the behavior of the locals, the frog living in the toilet, the ants on the couch, the spiders everywhere)ā€¦I mean, thatā€™s not something they can control. But things like a half bathroom that smells like feces upon arrival and

Beautiful Home & Views

We stayed at this property for four nights and very much enjoyed the view and the privacy. Youā€™re definitely going to see some wildlife but youā€™re in the jungle, so thatā€™s what you should expect. The house was gorgeous and the pool was refreshing. We would definitely come back again!

Scenic hideaway

The drive to the property was pretty remote, but ended up being so peaceful. It was just what we hoped for. Away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist congestion yet still close to anything we needed. Plenty of space at this location and sunset views for days. I will stay here again when returning to Costa Rica

Monkeys, Monkeys, Monkeys!

This was our second stay at this wonderful location! This house is definitely "in the jungle", with spectacular nightly sunsets, views of the jungle canopy and the distant Pacific Ocean. You will enjoy daily flyovers from the neighboring parakeets and we were fortunate to have monkeys visit us 9 of 10 days of our stay!

Spacious With Beautiful View

Great house thatā€™s spacious and has a beautiful view. The only reason itā€™s not a 5 star location is because it takes about 15 minutes to get to from the main road. However, if youā€™re looking for a lot of privacy and wildlife, then this is great. This house met all our needs!
