Oceanfront Tropical Paradise with 3 bedrooms and AMAZING Pool!

Welcome to Playa Negra Vacation Rentals, Jarrod and Meaghan, where we do our best to ensure a wonderful stay in Playa Negra.

**1st and 2nd floors are separated with an exterior staircase. Both bedrooms are downstairs open out to the outside garden. The 2nd floor has the kitchen, dining, living room, half bath, wraparound deck, master bedroom with ensuite full bath and 3rd story star deck.

Enjoy breezy shaded outdoor relaxing and dining, or sun beside the lagoon style waterfall pool, all set amid the palms, plumerias and mango trees.
Off the pool are the two bedrooms. The first has a queen bed, private bath and a small kitchenette. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, a full futon sofa and a private bathroom. The second floor has a master bedroom suite with a queen bed.
Using an exterior stair case you can access the 2nd floor.
The second floor also features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. This opens up to a wrap around 2nd floor deck with ocean views.
There is also a 3rd floor star deck for star gazing. The space is perfect for two couples or a small family or surf group.
There is a laundry room on the 1st floor.
The property fronts an isolated, quiet lava rock beach with incredible tide pools and snorkeling. A short walk up the dramatic black beach takes you to the Playa Negra famous surf break.
Casa Sol is located in a secure, gated community and has on site property management who will gladly answer any questions you may have about the area and ideas on what to do while you are here.
