This beautiful home has everything essential in a perfect Costa Rica vacation! With plenty of privacy in the fenced, 2 story property, sleep 8 guests comfortably in 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Stay refreshed in the large pool right from the backyard space, including a BBQ and sun chairs to lounge in. Pair morning coffee with stunning views of the ocean and tropical trees, right from the rooftop terrace, complete with seating and a shaded gazebo. Being within a 45 minute drive to the closest (Liberia) airport, the central location brings you close to multiple different coastlines, including Playa Flamingo, Tamarindo, Playa Conchal, Penca Prieta, Sugar Beach, Danta, and even more, all within a 5-30 minute drive.

Our light and airy home is equipped with all the needed amenities, like complimentary wifi, A/C, a fully stocked kitchen (see below for all that is included), and a dining space. Guests will also have fresh linens, towels, shampoos and soaps. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have a lovely terrace to walk out and enjoy the Costa Rican sun, and view of the neighborhood.

1. We must be advised in advance if you are bringing pets and the fees must be paid prior to check-in. Exceptions apply for service animals, but proof that your pet is a service animal must be provided.
2. You must clean up after your pets including bagging any waste in the yard or common areas. Cleaning up pet waste or excessive hair could result in additional cleaning fees.
3. Pets must not be left unattended at the property.
4. Pets must be leashed in areas accessible to other people.
5. Any aggressive behavior or noise that could disturb neighbors could result in fines or eviction.

-Security Cameras: One at the main gate and one exterior on each side of the house.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
