We're just minutes from some of Northeast Florida's best destinations- about 11 miles from the Premium Outlet Mall for great shopping, 11 miles from TPC Sawgrass, 17 miles from the World Golf Village, and only 5 miles to beautiful Guana State Park.



You'll love the convenient location! You can walk, bike, or drive to some of the area's best local restaurants- including Cap's on the Water, Aunt Kate's, The Reef, and Pesca's Rooftop at the Hilton. For a special night out, enjoy Michael's, one of St. Augustine's premier fine dining experiences.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen and full bathroom, parking in the driveway, outdoor seating area, outdoor shower, and washer/dryer.



Other Things to Note:

This apartment is located in a multi-family home. The driveway, washer/dryer and outdoor shower are shared areas with the upstairs tennant. Additionally, the carport is NOT available for guest parking or use.



GUEST PROTECTION PROGRAM: To help protect both our guests and our homes, all reservations are required to complete a few simple steps prior to arrival:



1. Complete a quick guest verification.

2. Review and electronically sign our Rental Agreement.

3. Choose one of the following protection options:



*Damage Waiver: A small non-refundable fee that provides coverage for eligible accidental damage during your stay. This helps avoid unexpected costs from minor accidents.

*Security Deposit: A fully refundable security deposit hold that's released after checkout, provided no damage or policy violations are found.
