**IMPORTANT**

This property features two completely separate units, each with its own private entrance, yard, hot tub, and parking space. This unit sleeps up to 8 guests. Although both units are part of the same dwelling, they are entirely independent of each other—there are no shared spaces at all. Guests will enjoy their own private amenities, ensuring a comfortable, secluded, and relaxing stay.

This bright bedroom features two queen-size bunk beds (queen over queen), accommodating up to four guests. It shares a bathroom with bedroom 1 and offers ample space and natural light, creating a cozy atmosphere complemented by a smart TV for entertainment.

KITCHEN

This fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, featuring modern appliances that make cooking a breeze. A Keurig coffee maker ensures you can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee at any time. The kitchen includes ample cookware, utensils, and dishware, making it convenient for any culinary endeavor. Just off the living room, the dining area comfortably seats six , providing a perfect space for enjoying meals together and creating lasting memories.

PARKING

This unit has parking available for up to two cars and can comfortably accommodates 8 guests, making it perfect for small families or groups. There are two driveways for this Unit. One is in front of the garage, and the other is just to the right on the corner of the house.
