*Standard Host Services: Limited hosting service. After providing essential information post booking, our hosts will reach out to guests a maximum of 72 hours before arrival and serve as the main point of contact throughout the on-site experience.



*Premium Trip-Planning: Personalized, luxury trip planning service. Designed to meet the needs and desires of our travelers, ensuring their stay is as memorable as possible. Local experts use their destination knowledge to create customized travel itineraries up to a maximum of 120 days prior to arrival date.



*Premium Host Service: Luxury hosting service designed to manage our guest's customized itineraries by booking, confirming, or canceling any scheduled activities, excursions, dining, and other reservations as necessary. Our host will liaise with service providers to accommodate any modifications or changes to the itinerary based on guest preferences or unforeseen circumstances, ensuring a flexible and personalized travel experience.



Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the property resulting from you or the guests in your party up to $5,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct. This plan is only available for stays less than 30 nights.
