Unique Lake Lanier Cottage ~ On Super Deep Water Near North GA Mountains!!

This warm, family friendly 3-story cottage at the northern part of Lake Lanier is only an hour drive away from the city of Atlanta and just a few minutes away from the North GA Outlets (lots of shopping and restaurants).

With it’s gorgeous wraparound forest and lake views and a dock on super deep lake water - it’s the ideal place to create special memories with friends and family!

SLEEPING/ACCOMMODATION

The cottage has a total of 3 bedrooms - 2 with queen size beds and a rec room equipped with 2 sets of bunk beds – ideal for families with kids or great additional sleeping for adults. The master bed is spacious enough for an extra queen size air mattress for additional sleeping. It has 3 full bathrooms and would comfortably sleep 8 guests.

LOCATION

The home is located between two very convenient lake Lanier recreational parks, each with boat ramps!! Nix Bridge to the South and Toto Creek to the North and only minutes away.
Quick access to GA 400 means a short ride to shopping, restaurants, and tourist attractions such as Dahlonega, Amicalola Falls State Park, Tubing on the Chestatee river and Alpine Helen. The Chestatee Golf Club is only minutes away and there is plenty more to do!!

The home is nestled in the trees with a view of the lake from all three levels. The dock is just a minute walk down on a short but little steep path with landscape steps and hand railings to make the walk more comfortable. The reward is amazing deep water, allowing you to dive right in. The dock is equipped with sun chairs and coffee table for your convenience. A kayak is also available for you to use.

ACCESS AND PARKING

Our Cottage is equipped with an automated keypad at the front door, allowing secure, easy access at check-in and throughout your stay. Just show up and start enjoying your vacation.

There is parking for 2 cars at the bottom of the driveway and also additional parking the opposite side of the street from the driveway.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Household essentials are all provided!

The cozy kitchen is fully equipped with gadgets, tools, and appliances including crockpot, toaster, blender, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig duo that also makes regular coffee); lots of quality cookware, dishes, glassware and serving platters/bowls and even things like Baggies, Tupperware, and foil; salt, pepper, oil, and spices. We visit our second home frequently so we keep it well-maintained and nicely equipped.
