This recently remodeled and elegant Gulf front studio allows you to sleep comfortably for up to four guests.  The condo has a small but fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook delicious meals, from pot pans and blenders to a coffee machine and Keurig.  Enjoy your meal sitting in the cute dining area. Sleep soundly in a new King-size bed fit for a king and queen. Note that the unit also offers a leather sofa sleeper. (full size),  Relax while watching a movie with a 65-inch smart TV facing an INCREDIBLE beach/gulf view! This condo also provides a small full bathroom and a walk-in closet for ample storage space.



The condo does not offer a private balcony, but its large bay window can be opened to hear the sound of the Majestic Gulf of Mexico. Every floor has 2 common balconies with comfortable chairs to sit and enjoy.



Splash around in the pool, play a few rounds of shuffleboard, or host cookouts in the BBQ area. Post photos to social media with WiFi in the common area on the first floor, and stay fit in a fitness room. Soak up the sun on the sundeck, or head out to the beach for surfing, sandcastle building, or beachcombing.

Check-in is at 4 PM CT (5 PM Spring Break and Major Holidays)



Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the unit can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests (including children and infants of all ages). Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection—NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.



Upon arrival, ALL GUESTS must register at the HOA office to pay the resort fee and receive their parking pass. It is located on the first floor to your left as you walk in.  The cost is $30, and they accept credit cards and cash (no debit card).



NOTE: This property requires armbands to be worn AT ALL TIME while on the property for safety
