This two-bedroom, ADA-compliant residence blends 1,300 square feet of modern comfort with effortless Southern charm. The living area boasts contemporary furnishings and an open layout that flows seamlessly into a dining area and the fully equipped kitchen—complete with stainless steel appliances, bar seating, and a full coffee station including drip, Keurig, and an espresso maker. Both bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms for privacy, including a serene primary suite with a canopy king bed and dedicated workspace, and a second bedroom with two queen beds to comfortably accommodate groups. With an in-unit washer/dryer and a private gated parking space, this residence offers everything you need for an effortless, upscale stay.

Home Truths: - This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay's approval may result in a $500 fine per pet. - This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and high chair available. - We have multiple spaces at this property, each designed to give you a beautiful place to stay. While our style is consistent, the view, layout, and design may vary.
Parking Details: - The entrance to the parking lot is 9½ feet tall and 13 feet wide. Vehicles taller than 9½ feet or wider than 13 feet will not fit through the gateway. - Each guest is allocated one dedicated parking space, marked with a sign in front of the spot. - Any additional vehicles must use street parking. No exceptions. - Each unit has one free private gated parking spot (best suited for compact cars—larger vehicles may not fit comfortably). - Additional free street parking is available if needed.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

Location was fantastic. Very Clean and as advertised with exception of one stain on carpet in master bedroom. Extremely walkable city. Appreciated off street parking too.

Great location. Place was well stocked and we appreciated the secure parking and close access to the unit. Highly recommend if you’re in a wheelchair. Has a nice roll in shower. Couches could have been more comfortable.

You can’t beat the location! We were able to walk to most places. It was nice having on-site parking. We had a slight problem but the host quickly fixed it. The only thing missing was a “notebook” of must sees and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

We were looking for an ADA compliant unit in the historic district of Savannah. The search filter quickly identified this and a few other options. The couple accompanying us who needed the accessible features were thrilled. The unit was spacious for easy maneuvering and the shower was fully equipped with numerous grab bars. Minor quibbles: needs more wastebaskets. Bathtub shower floor was very slippery, a bath mat should be provided. Pocket door into bathroom seemed broken. Didn’t close completely. Thermostat took several hours to finally master, and even then…couches were lumpy. We used pillows to overcome that.

the property was very clean. The kitchen could use more items to be able to cook your own meals, the coffeemaker leaked all over the counter. The thermostat was not very user friendly with no instructions on how to use. The bath towels and linens seemed pretty cheap as so did the furniture. I would recommend to any vacationers to stay on upper floors as main floor ws loud inside from people walking by and street noise.
