Welcome to paradise! Located across the street from the beach, this two bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhome is the perfect beach getaway! You just have a short 5 MINUTE WALK to the beach access! Our townhome has been recently updated with new hand-scraped wood floors, fresh paint in soothing beach shades, and all new bathrooms! Come see our brand new kitchen which features lovely white, soft-close cabinets, gorgeous countertop, a deep sink, and Delta faucet! Your family will enjoy cooking meals together in this beautiful kitchen!

The downstairs features a spacious living room with a wall mounted flat screen HDTV, blu-ray player, firestick for streaming, a dining area that seats 6 comfortably, a powder room, and a brand new, fully stocked kitchen. Upstairs, the large master suite features a king bed, flat screen TV, a full bathroom, and a large balcony. The second bedroom features two comfortable queen beds and a flat screen TV. We also include an extra twin mattress, pack-n-play, booster seat, and beach toys so the little ones are comfortable and entertained! There is also an additional full bathroom on the second floor.

Our townhome includes towels and linens. The complex also has a pool with attached clubhouse with restrooms, an outdoor shower, and a washer/dryer facility, located just steps from our back door. There is also a beautiful, spacious, fenced-in green space for the kids to play! Our home includes secure WiFi, beach gear, books, and games for you to use - just bring your swimsuit, favorite beach towel, and sunscreen! You only have a 5 MINUTE WALK to the beach access at Pompano Joe's, one of our favorite restaurants!

After a fun day at the beach, escape to your home away from home to enjoy a glass of wine, the company of family and friends, and fall asleep peacefully as you reflect on the most relaxing day of your life! See you at the beach!

During the summer months (June, July, first half of August) our home is available to rent from Saturday to Saturday only.

Great location

We loved our stay! The location was great - close to the beach and near many restaurants and shops. The townhouse was comfortable and clean.

All you need in a great location!

Had a great time!!!

My family and I had a great time. The property was very clean and spacious and within walking distance of just about everything. Great restaurants just down the way, and the beach right across the street. The owners were very personable and great to work with. I will definitely be recommending this property to my friends and family and will be staying here again myself on our next trip to the beach!

Our Stay in Miramar Beach was great. the townhouse is in a great location. U really don't have to go on98 and all the traffic if u don't want to. Cali is very easy to work with and a great host. Well worth the price if you go to Miramar beach Pat

Beautiful home, excellent location!

This is a tastefully decorated home and well maintained. We had all we needed and more for a week long stay. I have also never experienced such great communication with owners in the past. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a close proximity to the beach as well as a quiet neighborhood.

Best family vacation!

Just a few steps from the beach and centrally located by restaurants & stores. There was six of us including my two boys. We all slept comfortably in the beds and had plenty of room to move around. The area is really quiet, even though we were there during spring break and the beach was never crowded. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will probably be back again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

From our very first communication with Cali to locking the door behind us as we left this morning, every minute of this vacation was a true blessing! This unit was spotless and inviting, the personal touches spoke to our hearts! The complex and facilities were awesome and the unit is within walking distance to good restaurants, shops and entertainment. Thankful to have found this jewel!

Great location, needs a good cleaning!

Great location to the beach, shopping, and easy access out of town. The town home is great for families or couples. Our only issue was the cleanliness... It could use a good deep, cleaning and dusting. Also, the pool wasn't heated in the complex. Kind of a bummer on the cooler, windy days when the kids were hoping to swim. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with. The Destin/ Miramar Beach area is great!

Great vacation w/grandchildren & great-grandbaby

The condo was perfect for my family. On arrival, it was very clean. Had all the amenities that we needed. Beds were comfortable. Lots of hot water for showers, cooking, cleaning dishes. The beach is a short walk across the street and down some steps. The private swimming pool is just a few feet from the condo door. My family and I usually had the pool to ourselves. There is a downstairs half bath which is very convenient, since the two full baths and bedrooms are upstairs. There is a large screen TV which my grandkids enjoyed watching Animal Planet on. In fact, I would have to remind them that we didn't come to the beach to watch TV!!! The owner provided their personal phone numbers in case they needed to be contacted for any reason. They were available to answer questions before the rental. All in all, everything was great and went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and nicw

This townhome is a great place to stay. Clean and roomy. A short walk to the beach. It’s our second year renting this townhome and we will definitely be back.

HS Graduation Family Fun

We were very grateful that the property opened up to out-of-state guests just 2 days before our stay! Cali was very helbpful during our stay and very responsive to text messages. The condo was perfect for us! We had a great time and really enjoyed having our own private beach access as well as the community pool. I would definitely recommend this property!

Absolutely loved the condo and the atmosphere! It was so clean and perfect size for our group!

I wouldn’t have wanted to stay at any other condo! Cali was so good with communication and it made me feel way more comfortable. I was so surprised with how much the condo had to offer and how clean and nice it was!! They provided all the beach stuff we needed and the condo was excellent and perfect size. I could go on and on about how amazing my experience was with my friends. Furniture and beds were so comfortable and the whole place made you feel at home. We will definitely be returning next year! Thank you Adam and Cali!! 😊

Miramar Beach townhouse vacation rental

We just returned from a great vacation at Miramar Beach. Our rental was very nicely decorated and equipped. We had two couples vacationing and one bedroom had two queen beds and the other had a king bed. This is very hard to find in a two bedroom rental. The townhouse was very clean and everything worked well. We pretty much had the inground pool to ourselves. Pool was immaculate. Cali was very friendly to deal with and explained things very well to us. Not a better townhome to be found for the price and location. We will definitely consider staying here again if we vacation in the Destin area.

Back home in Indiana!! The month of October was great, had a good time with several visits from family and friends!! Cali and Adam's town home suits our needs and our guests needs just right!! This was our second year here and we are hoping to make #3 for 2020. Thank you Cali and Adam!!

Great location for a family vacation!!

The condo is exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. The location is great and the beach is less than a 5 minute walk away. There are so many things to do within a 15 minute drive if you have kids. This is the best family vacation we have had. We plan on staying here again next year. The Lee Family

Everything was amazing! From first contact, the owners were awesome to talk with! No issues while there, everything we needed plus some was available at house! Beautifully decorated and comfortable!! Loved relaxing at the house, beach was a quick walk and the pool just a few steps from patio was perfect!! Enjoyed several activities and restaurants in the area. Didn't want to leave! Just as described

The owner has all bases covered for a nice family vacation. We have 4 kids, ages ranging 8-17, and had space for everyone. Kitchen is well stocked. Townhome is nicely decorated. Plenty of towels and washcloths for bath use. Everyone slept well in the beds. Townhome located far enough from the street to not have traffic sound and to feel safe. Easy walk to the beach with chairs, umbrella, toys, and mat provided. Having a propane grill was really nice. They have wifi available, which was a must for the teens in the group! The pool is right in the back yard. There is also a shower to wash off sand there. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers, coin operated, located a few steps away from the pool area which I did use. I did contact Cali once for a question I had (which she had answered in one of the information pages she emailed to me weeks prior to the vacation, i just forgot/failed to read it thoroughly) and she politely answered right away. Zero problems, wonderful experience. We will be back:) Thank you Cali!

Our townhome offers the space we desired, the neighborhood offers sidewalks to stroll along the beach in the evenings, the complex is small, quiet, and very family friendly, and, of course, the emerald green water and sugar sand of our favorite beach is just 5 minutes from our front door! Our home also has a pool and lots of green space for our family to play! Lastly, our beach vacations would not be complete without dinner at one of our favorite restaurants, Pompano Joe's... which is a short stroll along the beach! This is truly a blessing in our lives, and we are pleased to share it with you!

Beach access is just 5 minutes away; the pool is 20 steps from our back door; large, fenced in green space for the kids to play; the complex is quiet and family friendly; the space in the home offers families and friends the opportunity to spend quality time together or have individual relaxation time. Our home is managed by us, the owners, so guests always speak directly with us when booking and can call us during their stay if they have questions; we want our guests to enjoy our home as much as we do!
